E un hotel molto sporco .con pavimento bucato le lenzuola machiate e giale.Le pulizie non si sono fatti da mesi nelle camere e anche nell entrata.Vechio con dei mobili diffeti.E la cosa piu brutta la proprietaria molto sgarbata.Personil incompetenti delle ragazine giovani e non adecuate.

La camera era al piano -1st. Non c'era finestra, era sempre buio. Non sono sicuro di altre stanze. La posizione dell'hotel è lontana dal centro città.

they seem to be fraud, on purpose selling more rooms than they have. I have arrived in the middle of the night and was told that there is no more rooms although I have already payed for it. Only then I have read comments and eventually it happens almost once a month. In the end they offered me staying in the basement. To summarize very dirty place, the smell is awful and there is this story with overbooking. Not recommended at all

시설도 좋고 청소 상태도 깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원들이 늘 웃는 맛이라서 기분이 좋습니다 번창하시고 다시 오시고 싶은 호텔입니다 추천드려요

La qualità non corrisponde al prezzo. Non c'è armadio nella stanza 8 al 3° piano. Non c'è ascensore (portare una valigia da 19 kg è un piacere). Nessun frigorifero in camera. Doccia con funghi. Lontano dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione nord. Inoltre, potranno scrivere e cancellare la tua prenotazione (che era stata precedentemente confermata) in qualsiasi momento. Design strano della stanza. Le tende erano terribilmente cupe, quando le abbiamo scostate abbiamo visto circa 10 mosche grasse e vive che ronzavano tutta la notte. Inoltre non hanno aiutato la mattina a chiamare un taxi! Sono dovuto correre al distributore di benzina per chiedere aiuto alla gente, perché era impossibile chiamare un taxi da un numero ucraino. Non lo consiglio!

I stayed there with a group of people in early March 2022. I booked through ***********, although it was called "Hotel Santorini" there. When I arrived, they did not have the rooms I reserved and instead 2 of my group had to sleep on cots. The bathrooms were not clean and one bedroom was missing curtains and overlooked a busy street. On top of all this, I was charged IVA twice for an additional 40% on top of the quote I was given for the rooms. Unfortunately we were desperate and there were no other alternatives at the late time of night. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
