Adoro questo posto. Il servizio era buono, abbiamo fatto colazione solo un giorno ed è stato fantastico. Anche la posizione è buona, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla strada principale e molto vicino al centro commerciale Maya e di fronte al centro commerciale Maya, hanno mercati notturni e siamo stati fortunati a poterci andare. Le nostre camere e i nostri letti venivano puliti tutto, riempiti d'acqua ogni giorno e ogni volta che chiedevamo.. ci hanno fornito shampoo, balsamo, gel doccia, lavaggio a mano e lozione per il corpo di ottima qualità. Io e mia sorella siamo stati benissimo qui. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando verrò di nuovo a Chiang Mai!

L'hotel è situato in una zona turistica molto vicino a Maya e One Nimman. Il bagno è un concetto aperto, separato dalla camera da letto da un mobiletto con lavabo e uno specchio.

Per il prezzo a Chiang Mai, ne vale la pena. 2° soggiorno con loro. Torneremo di nuovo. L'hotel è pulito e ben tenuto per le camere. La piscina e la palestra sono in buone condizioni. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Il bus navetta è disponibile e vicino al centro commerciale maya. L'unico inconveniente è che non viene fornito uno spazzolino da denti o ecc. nella stanza per salvare il mondo.

I servizi igienici non hanno finestre o ventilatore... puoi immaginare che la stanza sia un po' puzzolente se diciamo dopo che un paio di persone la usano.

L'hotel non è molto grande, ma ben arredato, molto pulito e tranquillo. Il personale è gentile e ha una buona mentalità di servizio. I letti sono molto morbidi e confortevoli. La colazione è varia ed è deliziosa. Ho avuto la possibilità di utilizzare una sala fitness bella e pulita per sudare. Torneremo di nuovo qui.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Chiang Mai! The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The service was impressively quick – from check-in to room service, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The hotel is a hidden spot in chiangmai! Very close to the city center while very peaceful and convenient! The room is spacious and clean! They have a free shuttle bus to the tourist spots too! Very very recommended!!!

Excellent Service and Clean Facilities! I had a great stay at Novotel Chiangmai Nimman Journey Hub. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The receptionist was very helpful and professional, assisting me with everything I needed. I was also impressed by the parking staff – they were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel truly at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
