Questo hotel è tradizionale, cosa che mi piace. Il servizio era adeguato. Il personale non si è sforzato di essere disponibile, ma è sempre stato disponibile ad aiutare quando richiesto. L'unica cosa che mi ha deluso è stata la colazione. C'era una scelta, ma i piatti caldi erano freddi.

Purtroppo l'acqua era arancione e la maggior parte del bagno perdeva. Come il lavandino e la doccia. La posizione è ottima, ma questo è tutto.

Per la stanza, in realtà sembra un po' più vecchia che in foto. Più un hotel per backpacker. La piscina era bella.

Prezzo ragionevole con buona posizione e personale disponibile. È vicino a Night Barza ma la zona non è affollata o rumorosa. La stanza è un po' vecchia ma non è poi così male. Abbastanza servizi con una piscina di buone dimensioni per rinfrescarti nel pomeriggio.

Prezzo equo e individua vicino al bazar notturno di Chiang Mai. Anche la stanza è pulita ma sento il rumore delle altre stanze.

Posizione del cofano dell'hotel per una breve passeggiata al mercato notturno. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato che entrambe le camere che abbiamo prenotato non avevano sapone per le mani, panni per il viso o asciugamani (solo due asciugamani da bagno). Ora so che avrei potuto chiamare e chiedere, ma sarebbe stato bello averli già lì. Il personale era davvero gentile e disponibile, molto cordiale.

Good location

There were 16 of for 6 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms for 4day/3nights. It was a lousy experience at Kampaeng Ngam. The pictures you see is not what you get. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. 1) On the first day, the lift (elevator) does not work but was fixed only after we complained. 2) The rooms only has 1 mirror each in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room when the bathroom/wc was occupied. This not a norm for hotel rooms. 3) The telephone in the room does not work. We were told "it's a telco issue and they are getting it fixed" - it was not fixed throughout our stay. 4) Same for the Wi-Fi. After login with password given, message says "connected with no internet". We were told it will be fixed but it was not even till the day we left. Last Sept 2023, there were 8 and we stayed at the Amorae Tapae Hotel - it was a wonderful experience. Everything work perfectly and the room rate was cheaper than Kampaeng Ngam with breakfast included. (Kampaeng charged a higher rate with NO breakfast.)
