Hotel a 5 stelle a Chiang Mai

Un bellissimo hotel nuovo accanto all'hotel Express. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e poco distante dal centro storico. Chiangmai in generale non è una grande città, quindi ovunque tu stia non sarà troppo lontano da dove vuoi andare. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale, soprattutto grazie alla signora TA, che è molto disponibile durante il nostro soggiorno per spostarci a Chiangmai. Le camere sono grandi e pulite. Sono molto impressionato di ricevere un sacchetto pieno di snack e bevande al momento del check-in. La stanza è grande, ottima per un soggiorno in famiglia. La colazione è nella media dell'arco, non molte selezioni. Nel complesso, è un buon hotel in cui soggiornare e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Molto soddisfatto hotel, anche se la stanza è piccola, ma molto comoda, l'hotel è molto bello, il servizio è molto in posizione, la posizione è molto vicina al mercato notturno di Qing Mai, c'è un piccolo giardino accanto, vivrà la prossima volta. Giusto, ho dimenticato qualcosa alla ricezione dell'hotel. Non è chiaro se l'hotel ha anche organizzato i dipendenti cinesi che diranno. Dieci minuti prima che il treno parte, ho aiutato a mandarlo alla stazione ferroviaria. Grazie mille!

This unique boutique hotel was lovely in terms of layout, style and elegance. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast included was most adequate. The spa was extraordinarily great value for money, and I would highly recommend having a massage and facial, as it was truly a divine experience. The rooms were well appointed, and look just like the photos online. As it was very hot at the time of year we were there, the air con was greatly welcomed. The big minus for the hotel was the reception experience. On arrival there was general confusion about our booking, the ladies were in the backroom the whole time, and it was difficult to get input on what to do, or where to go. There just seemed constant confusion and a lack of energy at reception overall. There was a lack of local knowledge or guidance, and I expected some really great insights on local restaurants or adventures such as cooking schools etc, but it was not forthcoming. Just a minor thought, but the hotel clothing of the staff also missed a beat. Everyone was in tired looking grey polo shirts. A minor point, but for such a lovely hotel, I thought there could be something more fitting/traditional for the team to wear. Finally the old mercedes was a hoot. Loved being driven to the airport in it. Added to the adventure.

This is a good location hotels with east and west view ! So watch in the summer ! You can walk to the night market ! With plenty very dishonest dodo car ! It is shameful to make such beautiful country into a dishonest state !

Overall, I cannot recommend Rati Lanna Riverside Spa Resort in Chiang Mai highly enough. It is a true oasis of luxury, comfort, and relaxation, and the perfect base for exploring the beauty and culture of Chiang Mai and northern Thailand.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Despite its smaller size, this hotel offers a level of service that rivals that of larger establishments. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional housekeeping service. Every day, my room was transformed into a pristine and inviting space, much like the day I checked in. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary minibar stocked with a selection of delicious local beers. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. Guests have the option to order from an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I did notice that the menu remained the same throughout my stay. While the options were delicious, it would have been nice to have a rotating menu for guests who stay longer than three days. This would provide a greater variety and prevent repetitive dining experiences. During my stay, I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff. It was a small issue, but I believe that attention to detail is essential in providing a flawless guest experience. I hope that in the future, the hotel will pay closer attention to all the little details to ensure a consistently outstanding stay for all guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would gladly return in the future. The exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a charming and memorable stay.

I'm back at this amazing Chiang Mai resort for the fourth time! When I'm in Chiang Mai, Anantara Resort is my number one pick for ”a place to stay”. No matter if I'm here on business or for fun, this place never disappoints. It's right on the Ping River. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and best of all, all rooms have amazing river views! Breakfast here is one of the best in town (in my opinion), and there's a variety of Western and Thai options. Their Lanna Omelet is so good. Try their signature Lanna omelet if you want a taste of fusion-style northern food. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a weekend getaway or a delightful business trip in Chiang Mai. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Chiang Mai next time. Stella job!

The staff is helpful and super friendly. The location is close proximity to old city and night bazaar is one block away. the place is equipped with everything you need for a family trip. Love the wagyu beef curry at Bodhi Terrace.
