La casa non si preoccupa di sapere se siete in grado di dormire o no! Prima di tutto: non c'è nessuno che lavora al bar/restaurante durante Covid. Ok. Sarebbe stato bello sapere che. Ma sembra che sia tutto a posto se la gente si sieda nel giardino, gridando i polmoni, dopo mezzanotte, questa è la nostra prima notte. Nella mattina del colazione (che dovrebbe essere incluso), abbiamo scoperto che si deve scegliere tra un succo arancione O un frutto (veramente) piccolo - piatto! Seriamente???? Si deve pagare in più se si vuole avere entrambi! Il resto del colazione include pane tostato con burro (senza difetto), latte e uova. Ma se non vuoi avere uova ordinarie, devi pagare un'altra. Quindi non essere indulgente e chiedere formaggio o qualcosa del genere! E il cameriere era il primo durante il nostro viaggio, che non poteva indossare la maschera correttamente, quindi il naso era fuori tutto il tempo. Dobbiamo pagare anche per questo? La seconda notte un autobus è arrivato a mezzanotte e ancora una volta c'era un grido in tutto l'edificio. Il ragazzo al reception-desk mi guardava e non ha detto una parola, quando gli ho chiesto aiuto per fermare la grida. Non ancora! Se ancora decidete di dormire qui, assicuratevi di non essere al secondo piano vicino alla macchina del ghiaccio, perché è anche molto alto, ovviamente. Portate le orecchie e bevete. Così potete festeggiare nel giardino tutta la notte. Sarebbe il posto migliore per farlo, non si preoccupano affatto.

VviajePALZWe only stayed two nights, and unfortunately there was a rainy cold front which prevented me from using the pool. It is so lovely, that made me sad. At least there is a very large palapa sitting area with a bar and restaurant so we didn’t have to stay in our room the whole time. It is a nice size small resort, and easy to get around with paths through the lush jungle. The rooms are lovely, large thatched roof porch with a hammock and furnishings. Unfortunately again, the roof had some holes and leaked and it was all wet so I didn’t use it, including the hammock. The room was large, bedding very comfortable with fluffy pillows and very soft bedding! The sheets smelled nice and clean! There are nice handmade wooden shutters on the doors and interesting sliding screens that covered the widows so it was and dark for sleeping. Our first night we had turn down service with a treat. I. The morning a basket of coffee was left on the porch with some sweet breads. But the rules said no food or drink was allowed in the room! Lol The meals were very good. Usually All Inclusive serves buffets but we got to choose from daily specials and were served our meals. I liked that! Now for my problem- which was resolved. I just think it should not have occurred in the first place. This was a splurge for us, almost $300/night. When we were brought to our room it smelled musty. It should have been refreshed before they brought us. I should have mentioned it immediately but we had a long day driving in the rain and wanted to get in the room. I couldn’t sleep that night from the smell that increased as time went on. Since it was chilly we closed up the room. We should have used the AC to help but it was cold already! Besides the musty smell ( which could have been perpetuated from the rain, the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell! We were offered to move our room, which would have been a pain, so we allowed them to treat it. They poured bleach in the floor drain and it helped. Then we were afraid to shower and wash away the bleach. One thing they should mention at check-in, is that you can leave a tip for the employees at the end of your stay. We left some cash as we went but it is more convenient to leave a lump sum to be distributed amongst all the staff. I asked about the tipping policy but was not told that was an option. Overall, I think it is too expensive for what you get. We have stayed at luxury haciendas for less, and expected more here. If you can get a coupon or belong to the RCI it is worth a visit.

Carolina era estremamente professionale nel fornire informazioni sull'hotel prima che arrivassimo. Ha organizzato il nostro trasporto dal porto e indietro, ha fornito una selezione di cibo e di snack, in modo che potremmo fare le nostre scelte prima di arrivare. La guida dal porto era più lunga di quanto mi aspettassi e la strada non era ben mantenuta in alcuni luoghi, ma non è insolito quando si allontana dalle tipiche zone turistiche. Quando arrivammo, ci mostrarono sedie a salón sotto un'ombra ombra. Abbiamo avuto tavoli picnic nell'ombra dei numerosi alberi sulla proprietà. Il personale era attento a tutte le nostre richieste. Le bevande, i pasti e il pranzo erano abbondanti e deliziosi. Mi piacevano soprattutto il cavolo di pineapple e il guacamole. La casa è così tranquilla che un paio di peccatori aveva costruito un nebbio in un tronco d’albero accanto a noi. Le mie nipoti erano davvero eccitate a vederli tendere a loro piccoli. In realtà, tutti eravamo eccitati a vederli. Il mare**** in Costa Maya è un problema. Carolina mi aveva informato del mare**** prima che arrivassimo. Non voleva che noi fossimo catturati inconsapevolmente. E anche se c'era mare**** davanti alla proprietà dell'hotel, potevamo andare a piedi per un'area dove c'era molto poco.Grazie a Carolina e al suo meraviglioso staff, il nostro giorno a Maya Luna era tranquillo, rilassante e piacevole.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era pulito, i dipendenti erano molto utili e gentili. Vorrei che potessimo stare più a lungo! Il posto era bellissimo. Quando entrammo ci salutarono e ci aiutarono a capire tutto, ci raccontarono del loro piccolo negozio sul lato dell'hotel e era così bella e ha tutto quello che dovete suggerire io di andare lì se dovete comprare accessori, Le forniture di bagno e, naturalmente, i snacks, ma l'hotel non permette di portare i snacks in modo da tenerlo in mente. Finora abbiamo amato questo hotel e pianificato di andare di nuovo là!
