I migliori hotel con spa a Chester

Spa visit and afternoon tea. Hotel seems lovely , spa staff who greeted us was really friendly so great start . Ladies changing rooms OMG minute ! One cubicle , one small padded seat to put stuff on. We arrived and 3 ladies chatting and getting changed and one in cubicle . Had to wait 15 min to just get our cosies on ,ridiculously small . Then virtually no lockers worked . Get to the pool it’s only small but nice enough. One jacuzzi and a nice steam room which smelt of bubblegum and a sauna . It was all very nice if not petite . Was fine for a spa day until 20 min into our visit loads of kids arrived. Babies , toddlers and school aged children . Yes I know it’s half term but when I booked my voucher it said you must be over 16 I wrongly presumed it was child free . I like children , I have 3 and have taken them swimming regularly since tiny . I counted 24 children plus adults in the pool. This is a small pool, it was loud chaotic and far from relaxing. Not a chance of swimming and was a noise fest. We got changed well 2 of the 4 showers out of action . When the showers were on everywhere got flooded . Trying to get changed utter joke. No space at all . Several ladies had arrived for a spa day and were struggling too. Someone was changing a baby on the one tiny area and this baby as babies do had a wee which went everywhere . Changing facilities not fit for purpose . Shame as it was nice but far too many people using the facilities for the size . Ty n we went for the afternoon tea . Had to wait over 5 min at reception for someone to appear . Then had to go the terrace bar where again had to wait to see any staff . The hung Walter was very nice and very accommodating and couldn’t fault his service . The after non tea was nice , nothing special but fine. Surroundingsare nice and staff all seemed very good . Shame the spa was just too busy for the size and lots of small screaming children is not really the vibe for a spa day.

La posizione è buona, la stanza è stata antiquata e si trovano pezzi di involucri di plastica sul pavimento all'arrivo. Il cibo era tutto a posto, vergogna il ristorante barca canale è stato chiuso quando eravamo li. La zona della piscina è bella, ha fatto uso di una piscina, giacche e bagno a vapore (sono anche dotati di una sauna) la maggior parte del personale è carino e utile, uno o due erano un po' rude. La camera era molto vecchia e era molto piccola, ma era buona per noi, come siamo stati più fuori se il giorno, non mostrato sul sito web. Abbiamo andato durante la settimana delle corse chester, quindi i prezzi erano un po' alti per quello che abbiamo ottenuto. Se volessi tornare, vorrei una camera più bella in un luogo tranquillo dove non puoi sentire tutto. In generale tutto era circa la media per un hotel a 3 stelle.

Great Hotel, with lovely rooms ( I tad dated for some tastes). Service was first class, with a lovely meal in the brasserie eaten. Breakfast is high standard with good old table service, the brasserie is a lovely room for meals. Wife had a massage in the spa, which was one of the best she had had! Car park near Hotel, cases taken to room, staff very friendly and more than happy to help. Location right in the middle of Chester for close access to shops, Bars and restaurants Only Negative, Breakfast could have been hotter. And added service charges to bill automatically. Drinks are very expensive, but to be expected for a 5 start Hotel

L’hotel è in una posizione fantastica e il personale era eccellente. Ma quando ho prenotato la stanza aveva una foto di un piccolo letto matrimoniale. Quando sono arrivato, sembrava essere una piccola camera da letto con un letto singolo. Le finestre non si aprivano affatto, e il letto era troppo morbido. Non dormivo affatto. Ho detto al ricevitore al 4.30am, e ancora al momento del colazione. Sono entrambi dispiaciuti, ma non hanno fatto nulla. Mi sento solo che £102.00 è molto da pagare per nessun sonno.

Hotel e posizione brillante.La colazione di colazione era l'unica cosa che poteva essere un problema, ma non c'era alcun problema prima. Ma poteva fare guardare come si configura in tempi occupati. Mi piaceva tutta la visita.

Second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent service, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent place in the centre of Chester for shops and the Christmas market. Lovely rooms and excellent service in the restaurant. Would recommend and we will definitely be back.
