Some bugs and spiderwebs, pillowcases not fitting the size, otherwise all good.

Used to stay overnight for half marathon following morning. All very clean and room made up to high standard, apart from bathroom door which did looke tricky to maintain.
Staff very friendly and promptly arranged our late check out and extended carparking.

Excellent accommodation. Very good check in and staff very professional when dealing with guests.
Great location. Rooms are excellent spacious and very clean.

Great location, easy to walk into town. Fantastic room with kitchen, bathroom, sofa etc. could have stayed much longer.

Betty&Fran went above&beyond to make my stay memorable.a pity Mo spoiled that.1st time in a roomzzz..great they are apar**ent rooms…albeit tired and a bit grubby…carpet tiles need renewed as does the wallpaper and stained chairs,day 2 I booked a penthouse which was phenomenal..views stunning,but patio decking&furniture tired&needed cushions&updating.the race course is the selling point,great to have a laundry room&hot drinks and water on tap…as well as croissants in the morning…no milk or cold drinks or fruit as stated in booklet tho…
