Lovely staff, nice greeting when I got there. Great room, quite big and a big comfy bed. Well looked after for breakfast which was very nice. Very close to the centre which was ideal. Has its own separate door to the rooms which made it easier to come and go as I please.

Lovely clean hotel and amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for you Big shout out to the chef absolutely amazing food no matter what time of day lovely hosts would highly recommend and will definitely be back 🤘🤘

We stayed elsewhere this time but we have previously stayed at the saddle inn and really enjoyed our breakfast so I rang to ask if we could possibly eat there, Rebecca took my call and said of course we could . When we arrived Hannah was the perfect hostess, dealing with my mums requests with good grace and humour. Wonderful visit and we are definitely going again but staying there next time ❤️

Great food and good beer, which is a great combination for pub… but also has live events on with local talent which makes this place stand out. Very friendly pub with character. Makes a change from the droll characterless pubs around Chester.

Warm welcome on arrival , good size room and super comfy bed . Tea / coffee facilities and all above a great pub . Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order and great value for what you got ! Very local to the town centre where there are plenty of eateries, shops and bars ....highly recommend the Saddle Inn for a perfect stay

Wonderful base to explore chester, right on the doorstep to the city centre. Comfortable rooms, fabulous breakfast, lively nights in the pub were great fun. The host was very attentive and staff friendly. Plan to stay here again would definitely recommend

Easy to get to and only a very short walk from the city center. The food was delicious. Pub atmosphere is brill and the plenty of choice to drink. The room was very comfy and we had a good night's sleep. There is loads to do all within a short walk or there is a bus stop on the same road.

Amazing rock themed pub/ inn very conveniently located in the centre of Chester. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, making it a special stay. The food was excellent and the Sunday roast was the best we’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
