Questo è il miglior hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Tutto perfetto. Il personale della reception è amichevole, efficiente e sono sempre sorridenti. le camere sono grandi, molto moderne e perfettamente pulite, il cameriere David fa un lavoro meraviglioso ogni giorno. Il colazione è grande e ha una grande scelta e tutto è fresco e ben presentato. La piscina con il bar e il ristorante ha un bel ambiente. e il suo grande che si può nuotare fino a mezzanotte. Uno dei camerieri è amichevole e attento.Tornerò l'anno prossimo e non rimarrò mai altrove a Chennai

Buona cosa sulla posizione se qualcuno ha bisogno di accedere alla stazione ferroviaria Chennai. L'hotel è pulito e mi sono aggiornato in una stanza più grande. La piscina è piccola ma molto pulita. Le selezioni per la colazione erano molto buone. Le cose dell'hotel sono molto amichevole. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era la cena in uno dei loro ristoranti con il nome di qualche “Kebab” (nome esatto non si ricorda) . Il cibo per vegetariani era circa INR 2200 + ( ho ottenuto anche se 15% di sconto come ospite dell'hotel ) , ma il cibo era terribile per me , nonostante il fatto di fornire un feedback immediato, nessuno ha ancora capito il mio gusto e preferenze, ho anche dato scarse recensioni sul posto al restaurante ***ager ... Io darei 2/10 a quel particolare ristorante kebab ma diverso da quello darebbe 8.5/10 altre cose

Le camere di gestione e di lusso sono estremamente confortevoli. Grazie in particolare: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) che sono andati sopra e oltre con il loro servizio eccezionale per curare tutte le nostre esigenze. L'intera squadra di butler (Bala, Saravanan e Napoli, che si sono assicurati di andare in più in sala. L'intera squadra Jiva Spa che ci ha assicurati che ci fosse un buon riposo e una rilassazione. L'intero ristorante e cucina del Southern Spice team che ci ha attirato con il loro meraviglioso cibo. L'intera squadra dell'ufficio di frontiera che ha fatto il nostro check-in e check-out senza saldatura. L'intera squadra Door*** e Concierge che ci ha aiutati con i nostri sacchi infiniti. L'intera squadra di custodia che ha fatto qualcosa di piccolo ogni giorno per sorridere sulle nostre facce quando siamo tornati in camera. L'intera squadra di cena in camera che ha ospitato i nostri ordini di cena e caffè tardi. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Formatori Santak e Shafira, che vorremmo cogliere l'occasione per desiderare loro tutto il meglio nel loro sforzo futuro e per raggiungere maggiori altezze in questo settore. Ho avuto la più meravigliosa esperienza a Taj Connemara, da un controllo in cui il mio ricevitore mi ha migliorato, a un incontro con Gracy Varghese, che mi ha notato la stanchezza e la stanchezza e mi ha mandato a fare il bagno. Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

I have stay in room no 535. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty ***ager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar ***ager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor ***ager Mr. V***n and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Purtroppo la prenotazione che ho fatto attraverso Trip ,com non è stata rilasciata all'hotel. Quando sono entrato all'hotel non c'era alcuna prenotazione del mio record lì. Ho dovuto contattare un amico che conosceva il ***agger lì per risolvere il problema. Di conseguenza, devo aspettare 1.5 ore al lobby. E' una cattiva esperienza. In futuro, contatterò direttamente l'hotel piuttosto che passare attraverso un terzo.

The breakfast buffet deserves 5 stars, simply outstanding and perfect south Indian vegetarian dishes. 4. Worth mentioning for delivering outstanding service are Rupa from ALOE restaurant and Pinky from Front Desk. Always eager to serve guests and genuinely attentive, they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. 5. The amenities in the room are relatively in good condition, as the property was recently renovated around 3 years ago. 6. The rooms are spacious and the AC unit in the room was a lifesaver from the summer heat. 7. There were ***y families staying at the hotel, which gave it a warm ambience and safe environment. Negatives: 1. My room never had a minibar nor a luggage stand, although it was supposed to be part of my booking for 12 nights. They also never changed the room as I was promised during checkin. 2. There’s a bar right next to the hotel, therefore I could not sleep on ***y nights during my stay (even with earplugs on) as there was so much noise from the bar. I was told that the noise would end around 11:30pm, but there were nights where it went on past 12:30am. There also happened to be a wedding reception happening at the rooftop level during my stay. It was so loud, my ceiling AND floor vibrated throughout the night. I had to sacrifice ***y nights of sleep and could not have proper rest. 3. Some of the staff need to be trained to serve guests better, as there was one lady by the name of Nisha at the Front Desk who never made eye contact with me throughout my 12 nights of stay at the hotel. She deliberately dropped her gaze when she saw me approaching towards the reception to get my card activated on most evenings. Very unprofessional behaviour which was totally uncalled for. 4. There was also another middle-aged *** at the reception who started treating me differently after I asked if I could book a massage to my room through Urban Company. It is very common to get body massage during tiring trips and his change in behaviour after I requested this was very unsettling and made me feel uncomfortable towards approaching him thereafter. Thankfully, there was a really good, hygienic and safe spa (Spa Blu) close to the hotel where I then headed for my treatment. 5. The service standard from housekeeping was inconsistent. I never had my black tea replenished during my stay there, and after a certain point, I gave up requesting for basic amenities which should have been there after each room service. The housekeeping staff could have been more attentive in vacuuming the room properly and clearing hair from the bathroom drain. On one of the days, I also had a duvet which was stained badly and thankfully replaced by the tim

Il personale della reception è amichevole, efficiente e sono sempre sorridenti. le camere sono grandi, molto moderne e perfettamente pulite, il cameriere David fa un lavoro meraviglioso ogni giorno. Il colazione è grande e ha una grande scelta e tutto è fresco e ben presentato. La piscina con il bar e il ristorante ha un bel ambiente. e il suo grande che si può nuotare fino a mezzanotte. Uno dei camerieri è amichevole e attento.Tornerò l'anno prossimo e non rimarrò mai altrove a Chennai

Buona cosa sulla posizione se qualcuno ha bisogno di accedere alla stazione ferroviaria Chennai. L'hotel è pulito e mi sono aggiornato in una stanza più grande. La piscina è piccola ma molto pulita. Le selezioni per la colazione erano molto buone. Le cose dell'hotel sono molto amichevole. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era la cena in uno dei loro ristoranti con il nome di qualche “Kebab” (nome esatto non si ricorda) . Il cibo per vegetariani era circa INR 2200 + ( ho ottenuto anche se 15% di sconto come ospite dell'hotel ) , ma il cibo era terribile per me , nonostante il fatto di fornire un feedback immediato, nessuno ha ancora capito il mio gusto e preferenze, ho anche dato scarse recensioni sul posto al restaurante ***ager ... Io darei 2/10 a quel particolare ristorante kebab ma diverso da quello darebbe 8.5/10 altre cose
