Hotel in zona मस्जिद जन्नाथुल बाकी, Chennai

We booked in the tower side of the hotel and the rooms were really lovely, well appointment, large bath and bedroom. The hotel is as Oasis in a very busy and warm city. The standard rooms which we saw weren't great. Would not call them 5 star standard. Food was good across the restaurants, lot's of choice Good pools and gym Breakfast was good but badly organised. They had queues building across the allocated space and chaos around where people should sit. They eventually had us walk over to their banquet rooms for breakfast, but if they know the number of occupied rooms this could have been ***aged better. Unless they have walk in breakfast guests.

La posizione era eccellente. Molto vicino a Varni Mahal e altri luoghi dove sono stati condotti festival musicali che ci hanno fatto camminare verso questi luoghi. Pandy basar era molto vicino e camminando a distanza per fare shopping. Il servizio era anche eccellente. Il colazione complementare del mattino aveva cibo indiano e occidentale con varietà ***y. Il servizio in questo luogo era eccellente. La ricezione all'hotel era molto buona e utile, soprattutto dal ***ager Raja Priyan. Solo suggerimento è che la pulizia del bagno può essere un po' meglio, soprattutto la pulizia del bagno.

Hotel molto moderno e silenzioso, bagno tutto tecnologico, simpatico ma se salta un fusibile come a noi non riesci nemmeno a tirare lo sciacquone ma comunque operai intervenuti subito. Camera super confortevole, colazione buona anche se ovviamente improntata sui cibi indiani. Cena buona, qualche problema come in tutta l'India con il loro inglese, noi per fortuna lo parliamo bene ma per avere una birra è stata una comica...comunque fa parte del folklore del viaggio in India..si sa..

Il mio soggiorno era buono. La stanza era comoda. Tuttavia, il colazione non era così bello come i giorni precoci, il personale F&B deve essere più responsabile e essere fiero del loro lavoro. Il personale di custodia deve essere consapevole nell'esercizio dei loro compiti. La loro conversazione altissima perturba l'atmosfera accogliente dell'hotel. Il personale del Front Desk è gentile. Il personale del Concierge è sorprendente. In particolare, Sridhar & Leo sono dipendenti esemplare. GRT ha bisogno di più dipendenti come loro. Questi dipendenti’ atteggiamento lavorativo non ha mai cambiato da giorni pre covid. Spero che l’hotel ***agement riconoscerà Sridhar & Leo Johnson.

I have stay in room no ***. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty manager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services. Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar manager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor Manager Mr. Varun and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

Abbiamo sempre goduto di soggiornare a Taj Coro***del. Tutti i membri del personale ci hanno fatto sentire a casa con il loro servizio eccezionale. Le camere di gestione e di lusso sono estremamente confortevoli. Grazie in particolare: Shailesh Giri (***ager - Butler Operations) & Jasmin Siddiqui (***ager - Guest Relationsq) che sono andati sopra e oltre con il loro servizio eccezionale per curare tutte le nostre esigenze. L'intera squadra di butler (Bala, Saravanan e Napoli, che si sono assicurati di andare in più in sala. L'intera squadra Jiva Spa che ci ha assicurati che ci fosse un buon riposo e una rilassazione. L'intero ristorante e cucina del Southern Spice team che ci ha attirato con il loro meraviglioso cibo. L'intera squadra dell'ufficio di frontiera che ha fatto il nostro check-in e check-out senza saldatura. L'intera squadra Door*** e Concierge che ci ha aiutati con i nostri sacchi infiniti. L'intera squadra di custodia che ha fatto qualcosa di piccolo ogni giorno per sorridere sulle nostre facce quando siamo tornati in camera. L'intera squadra di cena in camera che ha ospitato i nostri ordini di cena e caffè tardi. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di essere serviti da Formatori Santak e Shafira, che vorremmo cogliere l'occasione per desiderare loro tutto il meglio nel loro sforzo futuro e per raggiungere maggiori altezze in questo settore. La catena Leela Palace non si smentisce mai. Sempre tutto al top del top!!! A Chennai poi in particolare, vista la grande professionalità del personale. Un grazie particolare al Sig. Tushar della reception, che ha risolto qualsiasi problema. Veramente una risorsa preziosa per l'hotel...

Extend my thanks to Ritu and the team who assisted me during my stay. I was staying alone and the team made my stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend the hotel to get away from city and traffic.breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Staff are very friendly accommodating my needs.

Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

This is a lovely little hotel in the Egmore district. Stayed here for 2 nights - rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious. There is a very small gym on the 4th floor that needs some maintenance but is functional. The restaurant is very good and both breakfast and supper were enjoyable. There are several shops and eateries within easy walking distance. The WiFi was good when working. The staff were helpful and friendly. If I came to Chennai again I would happily stay here - it’s family friendly and comfortable.
