Good room and friendly environment. Wifi also there and clean room. Everything is provided including towel, soap, etc

We entered at 8. 00 am. The person at counter said that you cannot enter you have to give 400 extra for staying. As online check in time was 12. 00. We said that we will checkout room at 8. 00 as we checkin at 8. 00. But he didn't listened. Also there was no hot water in bathroom. We have to give bucket to person and he was taking the bucket and giving hot water. Also they were not on time to provide hot water. Total waste. Very high price for such stupid room. should take action against these hostels.

The rooms are nice and better than most in that budget, but service is very poor, the didn't even provide soap, shampoo and towel even after calling them for same, ac is not adjustable, it is fixed at same temperature. Room was not prepared before arrival.

It's really horrible to stay and the reseption is rude in behaviour and the wi-fi problem was crazy and service is too much and they didn't provide blankets next time even it's a last option i will not stay there
