I had a night stay at the hotel during my visit to India. I was referred to this hotel by a friend, and found it to bel the right choice. I found the room clean, and greeted by friendly staff, just fit the bill. I will stay at the hotel on my next visit to the city

Buongiorno Io soggiorno in camera numero 111 camere sono molto pulite buona casa mantenimento e ufficio frontale, tutti sono così umili e rispetto signor partiban e ufficio frontale persone davvero buona .. esperienza complessiva eccellente

Un posto splendido e accogliente per soggiornare sulla Poonamallee High Road. Le camere sono spaziose, le suite hanno buona zona di vestiti e tappeti per il magazzinaggio di vestiti. Personale pulito, pulito e cortese. Ho avuto un problema con Eifi e la mia camera è stata immediatamente cambiata con un aggiornamento. Non preoccuparti. La cena è buona e ci sono 2 notti - Puran da dhaba e la zona di cena dell'hotel. Tutto in generale sicuramente visitare di nuovo.

Buona cosa sulla posizione se qualcuno ha bisogno di accedere alla stazione ferroviaria Chennai. L'hotel è pulito e mi sono aggiornato in una stanza più grande. La piscina è piccola ma molto pulita. Le selezioni per la colazione erano molto buone. Le cose dell'hotel sono molto amichevole. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era la cena in uno dei loro ristoranti con il nome di qualche “Kebab” (nome esatto non si ricorda) . Il cibo per vegetariani era circa INR 2200 + ( ho ottenuto anche se 15% di sconto come ospite dell'hotel ) , ma il cibo era terribile per me , nonostante il fatto di fornire un feedback immediato, nessuno ha ancora capito il mio gusto e preferenze, ho anche dato scarse recensioni sul posto al restaurante ***ager ... Io darei 2/10 a quel particolare ristorante kebab ma diverso da quello darebbe 8.5/10 altre cose

Its nicely located in the middle of old town. but this means that the views are boring. i think the hotel is just coming out of covid issues as it is understaffed and most of the resaturants are closed and the food its iffy at best. i spend the the first hour of my stay as they relaced the mini fridge that had stopped wokking and had leaked all over the wood cabinet leading to a stink. next day i spend three hours waiting for maintaince to water proof the bathroom that was leaking into the sleeping area. the third day i had to watch for an hour as the Ac maintaince were trying to repair a leak which had seeped into the false ceiling leading to a new smell. The rooms are nice and spacious. so are teh bathroom but the WC is located in a tiny alcove in the bathroom making it unconfortable to reach for the health faucet. teh towels are clean and the beds confortable. the writing cair and table are well made and teh easy chair is also comfortable even for a big sized *** like me. the laundry service is efficient. the complimentary Tata branded tea and coffee is undrinkable, so is whatever brand of creamer they use. i dont undersand why they dont just use amul and nescafe. inroom entertainment is still just basic tamil cable TV. room cleanliness is average with cobwebs on the bathroom sink and tea stains on the floor. again this is due to understaffing and overworking the existing staff. the staff themself is very helpful and hardworking. the restaurant is understaffed but despite this, the staff were helpful and pleasant. and the chef's range is a bit limited. the lobby area is nice and spacious, but the corridors poorly maintained with gaps in the carpets and the floors leading to repeated tripping risks. the carpets stink. the pool on the roof is nice and large but can only be used ealy mornings or in the evenings as it has no awning. I had a pleasant swim one evening and wounddown on the comfortable deck chairs. the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired. the gym is well equipped. they have a spa but didnt have male massuese so could be utilized. but it looked clean and pleasant. wifi connectivity was good through out the hotel and not spotty at all. basically this could be a great hotel if they staffed it well and updated basic infrastcuture and threw out their stinking carpets. But it looks like staff will be made to do more and more with less and less. would i visit again? unlikely.

It's my error on review of *********** I had book such a hotel first on arrival the hotel had taken card payment actually *********** had given to pay at checkout secondly for early check in they charged 1000 extra you full hotel was empty Then there is Lavori di rinnovamento in corso in un hotel per il quale c'è polvere & odore di pittura in camera I'ho venuto a Chennai per la mia operazione oculare così la mia appointment era alle 9 del mattino così era urgente Dopo le denunce a *********** la camera di indossamento in un altro hotel che è di più basse categorie & lontano dall'ospedale & *********** anche ofer altro hotel di bassa categoria & tasso più alto Allora non è possibile per me cambiare hotel come ero occupato in ospedale tutto il giorno poi in notte alle 10 quando vengo la mia camera & letto sono polveri il personale dell'hotel non era pronto a venire a chiedere di tovaglie 3-4 ore l'hotel dice che non hanno tovaglioli aggiuntivi le tazze erano sporche ci sono cazzo di coglioni nel rum il letto fa noe così ho deciso di cambiare l'hotel alle 11 in notte Ma purtroppo non l'hotel né *********** rimborsa l'importo Era il problema ospedaliere che avevo pagato di nuovo con richiesta a tutti di non utilizzare la recensione di prenotazione e non prenotare questo hotel per favore

Ho avuto la più meravigliosa esperienza a Taj Connemara, da un controllo in cui il mio ricevitore mi ha migliorato, a un incontro con Gracy Varghese, che mi ha notato la stanchezza e la stanchezza e mi ha mandato a fare il bagno. (Mi toccava così tanto che piangevo) fu inviata a Dio, e la mia cena era di ciliegia sul torto, all'albero di pioggia. Venky e Arpita mi hanno assicurato di provare un po' di tutto e non mi hanno mai fatto sentire come se fossi da solo a cena in un viaggio di lavoro, il capo Vinod ha cucinato deliziose delicazioni e il payasam era fuori dal mondo.
