Hotel pulito con camere decente dimensioni. Grande posizione per ristoranti e shopping - centro commerciale lungo la strada. Più vicino al centro panda anche per quello che l'abbiamo scelto. Colazione era ok. Non c'era caffè - mi aspettavo, ma viene sempre come un shock 🤣🤣🤣. Caffè disponibile in tutta la strada.

Mi piace molto questo hotel, specialmente il tavolo vicino alla finestra. Si siede qui per bere caffè la notte. L'hotel è molto pulito e lavato molto bene! Vivere in questa stanza mi sento felice. Guardare il panorama stradale e il posto è buono. Ci sono molti negozi intorno. E' anche vicino all'ospedale. E' anche molto vicino alla costruzione della strada di Xiaohua. E' particolarmente conveniente. L'ambiente della stanza è anche molto buono. Puli e confortevoli. Il servizio della signorina Reception è anche grande. In sintesi, è molto soddisfatto, fortemente raccomandato

La posizione e il servizio dell'hotel non sono problemi, il personale è amichevole e cerca di aiutarli meglio, ma il denaro saggio non è la migliore opzione. Ho scelto l'hotel perché era più vicino al mio amico e anche perché ho soggiornato negli hotel di Hilton prima e sempre è una buona esperienza, purtroppo non è stato il caso. Prima di tutto, il lobby ha un odore molto forte di bagno, i quattro giorni del mio soggiorno erano lo stesso odore forte. In secondo luogo, la camera era pulita e piacevole, ma si trova solo acqua e non menu per il servizio in camera e minibar vuoto, la TV ha 60 canali e solo 3 canali stranieri, e solo uno completamente in inglese. In terzo luogo, il colazione è una scelta molto fondamentale, limitata e per lo più la stessa ogni giorno.Come ho detto non è un problema di posizione o personale.

The apartment is quite big with a great view of Chengdu and the area. The bed was nice and firm, the bathroom was good and clean and generally the room was spacious. There was a washing machine with detergent so we could clean our clothes which was convenient.
The owner was friendly and helpful though we were confused to why we had to go the police station (in Chengdu you apparently have to register on the police station, at least that's what we were told?) but he did all the talking, we just had to follow.
The area is nice and hip, and it's not too far from the Panda Breeding and Research Park (which is great!) and there are restaurants very close by.

Il suono è buono, ma può essere fatto anche dal punto di vista del servizio, e la stanza era calda e mentre immediatamente forniva un fan, il rumore del fan ha notevolmente ridotto il comfort della stanza. I frutti di benvenuto non sembravano freschi e sembravano la cosa più lontana da un 'benvenuto'. Ho trovato un capello nel portatile, lasciato sul tavolo laterale vicino al letto. I capelli erano ancora li' dopo aver soggiornato 5 notti. Il colazione era un completo disastro e disastro - la macchina del caffè era giù e c'era una carenza di latte per un po'. Il personale del ristorante era insensato alla situazione che è assolutamente confusa. Kudos deve essere dato al direttore del ristorante che ha espresso il suo profondo disculpo e ha cercato di apportare modifiche, ma purtroppo, nel sistema generale delle cose, Ci vorrebbe molto di più per salvare questa nave in immersione di un hotel.

C'è un A e un B. Quindi, quando si parte dal taxi sulla strada, è necessario camminare dentro un po' finché non vedete l'edificio A e salire gli ascensori al livello 18. La ricetta è molto calda per aprire la TV. Non posso chiamare immediatamente il progetto per aiutare a mettere in ordine. La stanza è molto spaziosa e luminosa. È molto pulita. La finestra è completamente automatica. L'hotel ha anche lavastoviglie frigo. È molto conveniente, la posizione è anche buona, lontano dal caminetto aperto, vicino al caminetto, l'esperienza è molto buona, I bambini amano particolarmente questa grande TV e vivono a casa la prossima volta.

UUtente ospite1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

NnelsaL'hotel è molto tranquillo, conveniente per il parcheggio e il servizio è molto gentile e attento.Puoi prendere il bastone con i bambini e vedere il fuoco.Il pomeriggio è molto delizioso, la soppa di soia di notte è sgradevole o la polvere di ghiaccio è buona.La colazione e la cena sono molto ricca, ma non posso mangiare. L'hotel ha molti posti per la liberazione. Il paesaggio è molto popolare, e tornerà più tardi.L'unico bisogno di spazzatura è la struttura di saldatura, la pressione dell'acqua non è abbastanza.

Cclamp12345L'hotel è un buon hotel, l'hardware è ok, non eccezionale ma è una corona qualificata.
La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi.
Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

HHoudezaiwu！！！La stanza è di dimensioni medie, i tavoli sono mal mantenuti e sono tutti macchiati, il che li fa sembrare molto scomodi. Ci sono acqua minerale e snack ovunque nella stanza, come un piccolo negozio, e il prezzo è molto costoso. Ho scritto della stanza quando ho prolungato il mio soggiorno. Può essere aggiornata, ma il risultato è che è su un piano più alto e tutte le stanze all'interno sono esattamente le stesse. Questo tipo di aggiornamento è significativo e scritto sopra? L'hotel in sé è sopra il 33° piano. Ci sono alcune guardie di sicurezza nella hall sottostante e l'aria condizionata nella hall non è accesa. L'unico vantaggio è che ci sono molti posti dove mangiare nei dintorni.

WWen KaiGreat and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well.
The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26.
There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess)
The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced.
Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.

C'è anche una fermata dell'autobus al piano di sotto per viaggiare facilmente. Anche l'igiene e la pulizia dell'hotel sono molto buone e ogni dettaglio è a posto.

UUtente anonimoPer i viaggiatori con lo zaino in spalla, probabilmente è sopra la media. Il motivo principale è che la posizione è molto buona ed è comoda per andare ovunque. Anche il servizio è buono. C'è una sala comune all'interno e una caffetteria all'ultimo piano evento di incontri con l'erba il giorno in cui sono andato.
Devi prendere sanitari e articoli da toeletta dalla reception e puoi sempre trovare qualcuno lì. Il materasso nella stanza è pulito, non ci sono allergie al naso e anche il bagno è pulito.
Solo le strutture sono leggermente diverse. La seconda e la terza immagine sono foto reali. Pensiamo che le parti più diverse siano il palo da arrampicata e il pannello laterale del letto. Haha, i materiali sono completamente diversi.
Successivamente ho scoperto che la foto del bed and breakfast che avevamo prenotato per quattro persone su Ctrip era una foto di sei persone (／_＼)
Oltre ai problemi relativi alle strutture sopra menzionati, l'esperienza complessiva è comunque molto buona. Se alcuni amici vogliono trovare un ostello economico in città, allora vale davvero la pena prendere in considerazione questo hotel e tornerò e ci tornerò.

Hanno eventi gratuiti che è stato divertente e un modo fantastico per incontrare altri viaggiatori con lo zaino! Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza privata, il che era bello! La camera in sé era pulita, elegante e confortevole. Anche i bagni erano belli! Solo a volte senza acqua calda per la doccia notturna. Nel complesso un ostello davvero buono, ritornerei sicuramente! Oh, e molti buoni ristoranti e negozi convenienti nei dintorni.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
