L'hotel è stato amato per il blocco dell'epidemia e l'isolamento è stato organizzato in Ayang. Questa volta c'è Ayang che mandava i bambini a scuola, anche se era un hotel leggero, la posizione, le strutture e il servizio erano molto soddisfatti. Alla porta del centro commerciale di Tian Street e un passo dopo la scuola. Durante l'11o periodo, sono stati vivi tre volte consecutive. La prima camera da letto è grande, il bagno è grande, la seconda camera da letto è grande, non c'è sapore. Location: it’s not near metro station as put in trip.com description actually it far from central metro unable reach there we’ve to take tram but it’s near tram station around 500 M. Many restaurants and street foods near hotel so we enjoyed stay here.

Un mattino, circa le 8:00, i lavoratori di decorazione dell'hotel hanno iniziato a fare la decorazione della cantina quando l'ascensore suonava tutti i tipi di strumenti, che influenzavano seriamente il sonno. Ero il primo a scegliere di soggiornare in questo hotel, che ero stato inviato all'esame. UUtente ospite酒店整體的設計很有特色，樓下的咖啡館也很不錯，泳池和室內的軟裝都很有氛圍感，飲品也很好喝。
房間雖然空間不是很大，但是該有的設施也都有，衞生也挺好的
酒店位置也不錯，鬧中取靜，離地鐵站也不遠
前台的服務特別好，去之前以及在店的時候有疑問或者需要服務很及時地迴應，其他包括寄存行李、歡迎飲品等服務也很好。

Yyen5560368L'unico miglior servizio cordiale, l'unico hotel confortevole e rilassante a Chengdu. Il monastero di Wenshu è facilmente raggiungibile, così come molte sale per spettacoli dell'Opera del Sichuan. C'è sempre una lunga coda all'ingresso del Dim Sum Shop del Palazzo e c'è anche un salutare ristorante con piatti caldi di funghi. Le strutture della camera sono nuovissime, con elementi antichi all'esterno. La camera dispone anche di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche, tende automatiche e servizi igienici intelligenti. Spuntini deliziosi, arance dolci e fagioli azuki secchi di vari gusti sono forniti gratuitamente la stanza dell'alloggio e alcune caramelle dai gusti speciali. La colazione è particolarmente attenta e ricca. Potrete mangiare bene tutti i giorni prima di uscire. Inoltre potrete depositare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out. La cosa più degna di nota è l'atteggiamento del personale, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Hanno risposto alle domande sollevate dai clienti con sorrisi gentili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per assisterti, facendoti sentire come se ti fossi innamorato immediatamente di Chengdu in inglese ed è molto adatto anche ai turisti stranieri. SSummeraibaojian房間在 整棟建築的 3 樓，如果有攜帶長者，建議住 1.2 樓，那個木製旋轉樓梯太陡了。進到房間以後，分上下兩層，一層帶一個開放式陽台，但是陽台樓下都在裝修，沒什麼特別的風景可看。
空調有點一言難盡，一層調到 30 度還是冷的要死，二層比較温暖，但是一晚上空調外掛機就在二層的窗外轟隆作響，太受罪了。反正樓下樓上都沒睡好。
早餐很温馨好吃，有三明治，一個水煮蛋，一杯奶粉沖調牛奶，一小段玉米。入駐贈送了下午茶花茶和水果，服務人員態度很好，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺❤️

La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.

UUtente ospiteAccolti calorosamente da Xiao Zhu alla reception, abbiamo sperimentato una pazienza e una cortesia eccezionali durante tutto il processo di check-in. La camera era pulita e confortevole, e si trova in una posizione comoda, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Chun Xi Road. Numerose bancarelle di cibo intorno all'hotel sono aperte tutta la notte, e c'è un minimarket proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Inoltre, ci è stato offerto un tè pomeridiano/gelato omaggio e abbiamo ricevuto un peluche panda.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

UUtente ospite1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road.
2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

Il design del salone è eccellente, ogni dettaglio evidenzia la bellezza e la delicatezza della francese. Quando si tratta di soggiorno, l'odore di lucido nell'aria è pieno di umore e umore. Il pomeriggio di pranzo con gli amici è ancora più memorabile. Il design del palloncino caldo è separato, delizioso e visivo.
La stanza è ancora più sorprendente, spazio aperto, design elevato, la disposizione della sala da soggiorno è calda e confortevole.La semplice decorazione di grigio e nero è integrata nello stile romantico francese, la scelta e la posizionamento dei mobili rivelano la pazienza unica del designer. La grande finestra di terra, che ha messo il castello e il giardino in un posto senza riserve, è bella sia il sole del giorno che il sole della sera.
Il ristorante dell'hotel può anche essere apprezzato. Il tipo di colazione è ricco e vario. I cibi tradizionali e i frutti freschi sono tutti completi, che possono soddisfare le esigenze del gusto di diverse persone.Inoltre, l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto tranquillo, l'effetto di isolamento sono fantastici e non sono completamente disturbati dal mondo esterno. La zona pubblica è anche altamente pulita, rendendo le persone molto comode.
Il servizio qui è più attento, il personale della reception 🎶 è entusiasta e incantevole e gestisce le procedure di soggiorno efficaci e rapidi.Dal momento in cui entra in hotel, si può sentire un po'di preoccupazione. In sintesi, l'hotel di Luigi Castle è un hotel di prima classe, sia ambientale, struttura che servizio. Si raccomanda veramente a tutti 🎶

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
