解鎖一家新酒店品牌，才發現也是經營很久的酒店品牌，乾淨衞生，裝修簡約全原木色，有點像全季但是比全季性價比高很多哦，入住後添加客服微信，會告訴wifi密碼點外賣等注意事項，隨時溝通比較方便，延遲兩點退房，我們行李比較多收拾比較慢，時間沒有卡的那麼死板，這點也很人性化，很不錯，以後有機會還會選這家酒店

🍃Personalmente, penso che sia l'hotel più confortevole e lussuoso del distretto di Chenghua. Canta sin dalla sua apertura nel 2023. Ha un design eccezionale, una posizione superiore e molti vantaggi. Ho portato i miei amici a fare il check-in ieri sera e il responsabile del check-in Jerry ha attentamente aggiornato la tipologia di camera e ha organizzato una camera a molti piani.
La suite di Kapok è davvero sorprendente, è all'altezza del suo nome, ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che si affacciano sulla vista notturna della città e le sue strutture intelligenti sono molto adatte ai giovani in viaggio d'affari!
Se gli amici tornano a trovarci la prossima volta, sceglieranno il kapok! Grazie per il vostro servizio premuroso!

Ho chiesto un check-in precoce, ma hanno risposto che non potevano confermare che solo il giorno stesso; quando sono arrivato alle 8 a causa del mio volo precoce, hanno detto che la custodia di casa sarebbe venuta in un'altra ora e ho chiesto se posso aspettare al divano, hanno permesso. Per sorpresa, ho dovuto aspettare solo per circa 20 minuti perché mi hanno fatto venire una stanza da soggiornare, un gesto che VERamente apprezza!! Anche hanno permesso di check-in tardi perché il mio volo era alle 7:00. La stanza era un po' fredda, ma ho avuto un tempo difficile per ottenere la temperatura giusta. L'ascensore era anche rotto il giorno in cui ho controllato haha (per non avere energia elettrica). Ma, in generale, per il prezzo che ho pagato, sono un cliente soddisfatto! Anche il mantenimento della casa mi ha dato acqua minerale extra!Amarlo, grazie per il viaggio, grazie per il Merca Hotel!

UUtente ospiteIl design dell'hotel è molto completo. I fiori di palla di salsa alla porta di giugno sono ben gestiti. Il personale del negozio è attento e l'esperienza di comunicazione è buona.Ci sono otto gioielli di notte. Quando uscire dal negozio in estate, forniranno anche freddo e raffinato.Lavanderia è gratuita e lavastoviglie sono anche gratis. Il metro è molto pulito, fornisce anche un'unica confezione di isolamento e palla di zolfo.La piscina è molto bella e molto fotografata.La comodità di viaggio, vicino alla stazione di metro della carta da fiore, e vicino alla stazione di polizia, è sicuro e pieno.

Il monastero di Wenshu è facilmente raggiungibile, così come molte sale per spettacoli dell'Opera del Sichuan. C'è sempre una lunga coda all'ingresso del Dim Sum Shop del Palazzo e c'è anche un salutare ristorante con piatti caldi di funghi. Le strutture della camera sono nuovissime, con elementi antichi all'esterno. La camera dispone anche di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche, tende automatiche e servizi igienici intelligenti. Spuntini deliziosi, arance dolci e fagioli azuki secchi di vari gusti sono forniti gratuitamente la stanza dell'alloggio e alcune caramelle dai gusti speciali. La colazione è particolarmente attenta e ricca. Potrete mangiare bene tutti i giorni prima di uscire. Inoltre potrete depositare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out. La cosa più degna di nota è l'atteggiamento del personale, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Hanno risposto alle domande sollevate dai clienti con sorrisi gentili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per assisterti, facendoti sentire come se ti fossi innamorato immediatamente di Chengdu in inglese ed è molto adatto anche ai turisti stranieri. L'hotel è nuovo, e la mia camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata con tutte le attrazioni di cui avevo bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole.La posizione era anche un grande vantaggio, convenientemente vicino alle attrazioni come KuanZhai Alley e Shufeng Yayun Opera House, In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico e sarei sicuramente tornato. Raccomando molto questo hotel a chiunque cerca comfort, grande servizio, e un'esperienza eccezionale!

JJackie travelI arrived at homestay 闲时依旧 from 毕棚沟at around 8.40pm . We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small.
we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind .
anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭
Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here .
The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor .
I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room.
she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help.
I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town .
I really like this place .
Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities.
It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL .

We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned .
we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way .
I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price .
Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own).
The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately.
All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors.
Since we love the stay so much and we love the city.
we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ，but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature .
so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full.
You see how good she is ,the next night we stayed in spacious room with very clean beds as usual.
All I can say if I can give full star of 10 I wanted to give

AAHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANIAbbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li per una notte e la nostra esperienza è stata semplicemente fantastica. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo rimasti colpiti dal processo di check-in fluido ed efficiente. Il personale è stato eccezionalmente professionale e accogliente, assicurandosi che ci sentissimo subito a nostro agio.
Uno dei punti salienti del nostro soggiorno sono stati i servizi gratuiti premurosi offerti dall'hotel. Siamo stati lieti di gustare un delizioso tè pomeridiano, che ha aggiunto un tocco di indulgenza alla nostra esperienza. Inoltre, il vassoio di frutta omaggio offerto è stato un gesto rinfrescante e molto apprezzato. L'attenzione ai dettagli in queste piccole ma efficaci offerte ci ha fatto davvero sentire apprezzati come ospiti.
La nostra camera ha superato le nostre aspettative sia in termini di comfort che di dimensioni. La disposizione spaziosa ha fornito molto spazio per rilassarsi ed era perfettamente pulita e ben attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Il design e l'arredamento erano moderni e invitanti, rendendolo un rifugio perfetto dopo una giornata di esplorazione.
La colazione gratuita la mattina successiva è stata un altro punto saliente del nostro soggiorno. La varietà di opzioni disponibili era impressionante, adatta a gusti e preferenze diversi. Tutto ciò che abbiamo provato era fresco, saporito e splendidamente presentato. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.
La posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente fantastica. Situato nel cuore di Chengdu, è convenientemente vicino alla vivace Chunxi Road e a Taikoo Li, due dei luoghi più popolari della città per lo shopping, la ristorazione e l'intrattenimento. Questa posizione privilegiata ha reso incredibilmente facile esplorare le attrazioni circostanti e immergerci completamente nell'energia di Chengdu.
In sintesi, il nostro soggiorno al Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li è stato davvero eccezionale. Dal servizio eccezionale ai servizi gratuiti premurosi e alla posizione privilegiata, ogni aspetto della nostra visita è stato attentamente curato per garantire un'esperienza memorabile. Consiglieremmo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Chengdu e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci in futuro.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

FFatimaHotel fantastico! Molto pulito e in una posizione fantastica. Facile raggiungere a piedi il CBD. Personale cordiale, inizialmente avrei dovuto fermarmi solo 1 notte ma ho prolungato per altre 4 notti mentre ero in città. Lo consiglio vivamente.

LliangL'hotel si trova in una posizione privilegiata, proprio accanto a Chunxi Road, ed è facile parcheggiare e chiamare un taxi in Beixin Street, di fronte all'hotel.
L'hotel è molto pulito, inodore e arredato in uno stile cinese semplice. Lo spazio è ampio e non ci siamo sentiti stretti, nonostante i nostri bagagli fossero molto grandi. Il letto e i cuscini sono moderatamente morbidi e rigidi.
La colazione è igienica e offre un'ampia varietà
Il servizio dell'hotel è perfetto, dalla reception alla donna delle pulizie, sono tutti gentilissimi.
La reception, aperta 24 ore su 24, offre un servizio attento, prese di corrente, acqua in bottiglia, deposito bagagli...
Vorrei ringraziare in modo particolare un ragazzo con gli occhiali alla reception che mi ha aiutato a trovare online la compagnia telefonica più vicina quando sono arrivato in Cina e non avevo una scheda SIM, spiegandomi pazientemente come arrivarci.
Anche Xiaomi e Nana alla reception sono stati molto cordiali e ospitali.
La prossima volta che verrò a Chengdu prenoterò di nuovo questo ristorante.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
