地段沒得説，旁邊很多飯店和小吃街，就在萬達對面，停車也很方便，還給報銷停車費。房間樓層很高，電梯等待時間可以接受，房間內很乾凈，配置也很合理。美中不足，早餐品類太少了，衹有兩個菜，粉面需要自己動手煮，不過給兩個孩子免餐費了，也就不説啥了。整體上還是不錯的。推薦訂不含早的，自己出來吃。

酒店還有免費洗衣房可用，附洗衣液。前台服務也很周到，提前幫忙開好空調了。每天早上也會微信問要不要打掃房間，前台服務是很不錯的，很周到。
地理位置也很好，走路三分鐘就到地鐵站，附近超市也很方便。
晚上酒吧很不錯，可以小酌，喝完直接回房間，很方便。

Il monastero di Wenshu è facilmente raggiungibile, così come molte sale per spettacoli dell'Opera del Sichuan. C'è sempre una lunga coda all'ingresso del Dim Sum Shop del Palazzo e c'è anche un salutare ristorante con piatti caldi di funghi. Le strutture della camera sono nuovissime, con elementi antichi all'esterno. La camera dispone anche di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche, tende automatiche e servizi igienici intelligenti. Spuntini deliziosi, arance dolci e fagioli azuki secchi di vari gusti sono forniti gratuitamente la stanza dell'alloggio e alcune caramelle dai gusti speciali. La colazione è particolarmente attenta e ricca. Potrete mangiare bene tutti i giorni prima di uscire. Inoltre potrete depositare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out. La cosa più degna di nota è l'atteggiamento del personale, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Hanno risposto alle domande sollevate dai clienti con sorrisi gentili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per assisterti, facendoti sentire come se ti fossi innamorato immediatamente di Chengdu in inglese ed è molto adatto anche ai turisti stranieri. JJackie travelI arrived at homestay 闲时依旧 from 毕棚沟at around 8.40pm . We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small.
we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind .
anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭
Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here .
The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor .
I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room.
she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help.
I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town .
I really like this place .
Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities.
It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL .
WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT?
BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN FABRIC INDUS7FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS !!!
AND CELLULOSE FIBER HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE INNOVATION THE INDUSTRY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH IT TO THE MARKET .
I CAN TELL YOU ,THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND IT IS RECYCLABLE .
THE HOMESTAY TOOK ME BY SURPRISED AND THAT IS SOMETHING I WANTED TO SAY ,YOU ARE BEYONG INNOVATION AND YOU HAVE COME TO THE POINT FEW PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO INVEST .
IN ADDITION, THE WATER THAT HOMESTAY OFFERED US IN ROOM THERE IS 1.5 LITRE AND 2 0.5 LITRE AND IT IS PETRIFIED WATER .WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE USUALLY SEE .I have been travelling and staying thousands of hotel even 5-6 stars no places offered such expensive water!!!!

We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned .
we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way .
I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price .
Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own).
The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately.
All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors.
Since we love the stay so much and we love the city.
we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ，but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature .
so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full.
You see how good she is ,the next night we stayed in spacious room with very clean beds as usual.
All I can say if I can give full star of 10 I wanted to give

La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi.
Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

Un hotel di 6 anni, ma la manutenzione è ottima, tanto che potrei pensare che sia un hotel di 2-3 anni. La camera era di dimensioni discrete con ampio spazio per sistemare i bagagli e gli articoli per la spesa. Ho dormito bene tutte le notti in hotel, il letto e il cuscino erano davvero comodi. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, è a due passi da Chunxi Road con IFS e Taikooli proprio dietro l'angolo. Di notte ci sono bancarelle di cibo proprio dietro l'ingresso dell'hotel, quindi è perfetto per provare un po' di cibo di strada locale.
La prima notte, abbiamo riscontrato alcuni problemi con l'aria condizionata centralizzata, che è stata gestita rapidamente e professionalmente da 刘棚. Ha fatto in modo che avessimo un soggiorno confortevole ed è stato molto paziente per tutto il tempo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Il follow-up è stato effettuato da 小吴 tramite WeChat per assicurarsi che fossimo a nostro agio e a nostro agio con la nuova stanza.
l'hotel vale sicuramente il soggiorno, ma la risorsa migliore sarebbe sicuramente sia 刘棚 che 小吴, anch'io vorrei poter assumere personale così professionale e dedicato come entrambi. Grazie a entrambi!

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Il personale di servizio della reception è attento e attento. La gestione delle procedure di soggiorno è efficiente e rende le persone percepiscono il caldo della casa immediatamente.🌈🌈 La stanza ha letti morbidi e confortevoli, prodotti di qualità e pieno di letti, accompagnati da mobili classici, che permettono alle persone di rilassarsi durante il viaggio. Il paesaggio fuori dalla finestra è anche un grande punto luminoso.Puoi vedere il paesaggio del castello.🌈🌈 E l'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto di doppio flusso, e il viaggio è molto conveniente.E'molto felice di scegliere l'hotel di lusso del castello di Louis, che mi fa sentire il caldo della mia casa a Chengdu.🌈🌈

UUtente ospite1) La stazione della metropolitana è a 30 secondi dall'altra parte della strada.
2) La posizione è buona perché è circondata da alcuni famosi vicoli stretti che vendono artigianato, snack, dessert, souvenir, opere d'arte cinesi ecc. e ha infinite bancarelle di cibo, caffetterie che circondano l'hotel, brulicanti di attività tutto il giorno fino alle 23:00.
3) Il personale dell'hotel parla un inglese minimo, ma lo capisce anche se non è in grado di conversare liberamente. Naturalmente usare PTH è la cosa migliore.
4) Il personale in tutto l'hotel è molto amichevole, cortese, piacevole e accomodante, cercando di aiutare in ogni modo possibile.
5) La direttrice notturna con gli occhiali in un abito nero è stata molto accogliente e dolce. Si è offerta di farci un upgrade quando la stanza assegnataci in origine non era così silenziosa come avevamo richiesto quando l'avevamo prenotata. Ci ha portato a vedere quella originale (2/F) e l'altra (quella più tranquilla al 3/F) e ci ha lasciato scegliere. 6) La camera di categoria superiore (3/F) era una suite ed era davvero bella --- molto tranquilla con vista sul cortile e una disposizione di buon gusto.
7) Non potrei elogiare abbastanza la deliziosa suite -- spaziosa ed elegante; super pulita; profumo gradevole, rinfrescante e perfetto, non opprimente; lenzuola bianche e soffici; servizio di couverture giornaliero; fornitura infinita di acqua fresca in bottiglia ogni giorno; bicchiere immacolato e bottiglia d'acqua fresca sul comodino ogni sera; tutto ciò che tocchi è immacolato; pavimento in legno abbinato ai mobili cinesi in legno con un design semplice che trasmette questa elegante atmosfera cinese; libero di consumare qualsiasi cosa per la prima volta nel minibar; tè e caffè riforniti ogni giorno; bollitore e macchina per il caffè; cancelleria gratuita come forbici, spillatrice, fermagli, matita e penne ecc.; articoli da toeletta come set da toeletta, pettini, spazzolino da denti ecc. riforniti ogni giorno; spazioso bagno con doppi lavandini e asciugamani bianchi puliti; lavandini in oro rosa ma non pacchiani; lo scarico della doccia non era fluido la prima notte, ma l'hanno riparato e da allora non ci sono più stati problemi; la pressione dell'acqua dalla doccia era buona e c'era un ampio ripiano in marmo nella doccia per i propri articoli da toeletta; vasca da bagno con petali di rosa freschi la prima notte e vari tipi di sali da bagno; grande schermo per guardare la TV mentre si è nella vasca; WC separato vicino al soggiorno; ampio spazio guardaroba e tapparelle elettriche e oscuranti. Forniscono ferro da stiro a vapore su richiesta, ma sarebbe meglio avere una piastra per stirare i pantaloni e altri materiali più spessi e duri. Il ferro da stiro a vapore è adatto solo per la seta o il cotone semplice. Anche il lino è meglio con una piastra per stirare.
8) Questo è un hotel in stile cinese al 100% dalla hall alla nostra suite, ma niente è pacchiano o ostentato perché tutto è semplice, senza fronzoli, sobrio, molto pulito, bella architettura, funzionale e tutti gli abbinamenti di colori sono rilassanti per gli occhi. 9) Abbiamo mangiato al loro ristorante la prima sera e il cibo era ok: i noodles dan dan erano leggermente troppo cotti, quindi erano un po' mollicci. Il riso fritto era una porzione enorme con gamberi freschi e ben cotto. Il tè potrebbe essere più caldo. Il servizio era attento, efficiente e appropriato.

We arrived late past 12am, the person who picked us up came on time, however, a heads up would be well appreciated as the way to the hotel was a dark, unlit, small road. We were all alert and concerned about where we were heading. A real scare!! Other than that, everything is okay for a night stay.
