Questa è la terza volta che vengo a Chengdu per studiare. Ogni volta che scelgo il nuovo hotel della Città Reale, è molto familiare. In primo luogo, penso che valga la pena discutere del modello dell'hotel. Non è come un solo edificio dell'hotel principale, ma è diviso in diversi edifici come nella zona scenica di montagna. Più di venti pacchetti mongoli, cinque stanze e tre laghi, e diverse sale di conferenza possono essere utilizzati per incontrare e organizzare il matrimonio.Inoltre, la grande superficie verde dell'hotel è anche molto curata.
In secondo luogo, ho vissuto tre volte in un edificio di alloggio, e questa volta posso fare il soggiorno anche per una macchina leggera. Questa volta vivo in una stanza di campionamento. L'igiene della stanza dell'hotel è pulita e pulita. Il colore della stanza è anche molto nuovo. Ci saranno due dipinti in una stanza. Il mobilio è più in legno, e tutti i tipi di forniture sono tutti composti.
Poi sono andato al primo piano dell'hotel e ho girato. Ci sono molte pitture a olio da entrambi i lati del corridoio. Sono visibili ovunque. Sono anche visibili vari segni di allarme. UUtente ospiteL'hotel è molto premuroso e fornisce il servizio di ritiro pacchi. La camera è molto pulita e offre articoli da toeletta di base, dentifricio e spazzolini usa e getta. La signora alla reception è stata molto gentile e il servizio sveglia era puntuale. Ciò di cui sono più soddisfatto è la toilette automatica. È davvero bello avere una toilette con il sedile caldo in una giornata fredda. Il piccolo cortile della reception è molto bello e ho visto molti inquilini seduti lì a chiacchierare di notte. Sebbene non ci siano molte varietà per la colazione, il gusto è ok. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è che non c'è un piccolo frigorifero in camera. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. È molto comodo andare ovunque. Ci sono anche negozi di tè al latte/minimarket/ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Di fronte c'è il Palace Pastry e il Wensu Garden dove molte persone fanno la fila. Se avrò la possibilità di giocare di nuovo, questo hotel sarà la mia prima scelta.

La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi.
Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away.
One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful complimentary services offered by the hotel. We were delighted to enjoy a lovely afternoon tea, which added a touch of indulgence to our experience. Additionally, the complimentary fruit platter provided was a refreshing and much-appreciated gesture. The attention to detail in these small yet impactful offerings truly made us feel valued as guests.
Our room exceeded our expectations in both comfort and size. The spacious layout provided plenty of room to relax, and it was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The design and decor were modern and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The complimentary breakfast the next morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options available was impressive, catering to different tastes and preferences. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start our day.
The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu.
In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm.
3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best.
4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible.
5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose.
6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out.
7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron.
8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes.
9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

La decorazione era anche il top notch, così come il comfort del letto. La traccia di odori di fumo in tutto. I ricevitori erano gentili, amici e di aiuto. Erano molto apprezzati perché non riuscivamo a trovare la zona da pranzo la prima mattina del nostro soggiorno, perché l'hotel è enorme. Sicuramente rimarrà e consigliere ai nostri familiari e amici.

Prima di tutto, la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, con abbondanti possibilità di viaggiare e pranzare nelle vicinanze, il che è un grande vantaggio per gli ospiti in viaggio d'affari e di viaggio. Il design della lobby è semplice ed elegante. Al momento del check-in, il servizio della reception è efficiente ed accogliente, facendo sentire le persone a proprio agio.
La pulizia della camera è soddisfacente Anche se l'arredamento è un po' semplice, è curata e luminosa. UUtente ospiteQuesto è un posto molto carino e accogliente, molto vicino a Chun Xi Rd, quindi è molto comodo da raggiungere e andare ovunque, incluso l'autobus per l'aeroporto nelle vicinanze. Ma è abbastanza lontano dalla folla frenetica. Ho soggiornato in 3 stanze diverse durante il viaggio. Anche il cibo è facilmente accessibile. C'è anche un negozio proprio di fronte con un sacco di panda e souvenir locali. L'area della reception è una buona area relax e ha anche un bel bar sul tetto Aloha. C'è un tavolo da biliardo per coloro che amano questo. L'unica cosa è che è un po' strano con un mercato umido su L1 e solo un piccolo ingresso per l'ascensore che porta alla reception su L3. Ma non è una cosa negativa perché puoi sperimentare la vera vita quotidiana in CD. Non è un mercato rumoroso, solo un mercato tranquillo con spezie e forniture locali. Due feedback (1) Non c'è un posto dove appendere i vestiti nella stanza, anche se sono fornite delle grucce (2) La bottiglia per il lavaggio a mano è di tipo schiumogeno e il liquido all'interno non è di tipo schiumogeno. La bottiglia non è compatibile con il liquido. Quindi quando si preme non può uscire nulla. Si prega di sostituire la bottiglia con una normale bottiglia con pompa invece che con una bottiglia di schiuma.

TTingSebbene l'hotel sia relativamente vecchio, è pulito e il servizio è molto buono. Ho contattato la reception per noleggiare un'auto che mi venisse a prendere all'aeroporto prima della partenza. Vorrei ringraziare la cameriera Xia Xia per la sua gentilezza e premurosità ricezione.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, tranquilla ma vicina ai luoghi più vivaci. È un buon posto per prendersi una pausa dal trambusto. Porta i tuoi bambini a giocare nel piccolo parco della vicina comunità. Puoi trovare snack e negozi di barbiere a prezzi accessibili nella comunità e puoi anche scattare varie foto nell'artigiano.

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
