La stanza è davvero bella, sia per la disposizione che per l'arredamento. Anche il BF è buono. Il centro commerciale è accanto all'hotel. Ma l'hotel è un po' lontano da Chunxi rd, dove si trova il centro di Chengdu, a circa 15 minuti di macchina. Consiglio questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno a Chendu.

This hotel is quite new in a quiet area near business district and a park. About 10 minutes walk to metro and 30 minutes train ride to central or in tourist attractions. You can see the beautiful LED light show from the twin towers at night. They have a few different style restaurants Asian and western. D99 on 49th floor is a great restaurant provides excellent breakfast and different styles of meals of your choice. Staff are very friendly and provide great service. Amenities are 5 stars standard but the hair dryer is very heavy and old. If they can change to Dyson hair dryer will be much better. You can take a walk or exercise in the park early morning. The reflection of the lake is beautiful for photos. The whole stay is very pleasant.

Great hotel. Lovely ambience! My stay was totally worth every penny. I will be visiting again. Till then, keep up the good work.

Breakfast is very delicious! Some local foods are provided. Good hospitality and cleanness. We have had good stay here!

Rather disappointed stay at this hotel in chengdu. Arrived late in the evening, after check-in, no service to deliver the luggage into our room. We have to carry all luggage through the maze of floors. The design of the hotel makes it inconvenient to reach ground floor. You have to go back to level 50 lobby first then change to another elevator that would take you to the common areas. The service is rather inattentive. We reported issues with the automatic toilet and suggest them to investigate and fix while we are away. However, it was not attended after we return. While the staff suggested to have mechanics to have a look for us when raising the issue, it was late after a day’s activity and we need to rest. All in all, it did not meet our expectation. The location is another issue. It is not located in the CBD area and it means you have to fetch a taxi to go around.

Only 1 night. Need more time to enjoy everything Bed - extremely soft but comfortable Restaurant - stuff is super nice and pro Swimming pool - nice before 9am, after - be careful kids are coming 😅 Reception - sometimes not English friendly

Room is perfect, comfortable and spacious. Service is also great. Slightly far from the metro, but calling a taxi is convenient.

My stay at Waldorf Astoria was outstanding! The buffet spread was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options. The room size was also incredibly impressive, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind in comfort. Plus, the hotel's convenient location right beside the mall made it easy to explore and shop. With fantastic service, spacious rooms, and a great dining experience, my stay was truly memorable.

This was a wonderful stay, so much so that I only planned to stay for one night, but ended up staying for 4 nights, thanks to Yumi's warm service. I have to say that Waldorf Astoria is the best choice to visit Chengdu.
