This is a very humane service hotel, hotel staff can communicate with me very well, check-in is smooth，Shawn, the front desk employee, was very considerate and helped me order takeout with my mobile phone, which was delivered to the door by a robot, which was very interesting. emma YY, who greeted me every time we met, was very cute and made me feel at home. The hotel also provided free self-service laundry and paid delivery, and breakfast buffet, which was very nice.This will be my first choice in Chengdu next time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is very quiet at night and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I slept even better than I do in my own bed! Breakfast was great and the staff was delightful. I also really appreciated the free laundry room. The location is a little far from the Metro station and there aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there is a convenience store next door and since ordering food delivery is fast and easy in China, it wasn’t really a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

幫盆友訂的，位置尚可 ，離雙流算是近的，酒店設施設備算是比較新的，屬傳統holiday lnn的格調，服務尚可，盆友説，一個人住足矣了，就是睡個覺啥的

武侯新城智選假日酒店，房間床品乾淨整潔，辦理入住的前台小姐姐CC很貼心，看到有帶小孩子幫忙安排了一間親子房，響應及時，一樓早餐種類也很齊全，自助式的很方便，還有面檔，酒店還配有機器人送取物很不錯😌！
服務周到，替客人着想，員工素質不錯。周圍環境衞生乾淨、整潔！酒店周圍五一期間三角梅花團錦簇，優雅清香，流連忘返，是度假、商務、休閑的好酒店，值得推薦！

住了很多城市的假日酒店，國內國外都有！這家算是讓我長了眼界！謝謝你們完美的證明什麼叫“便宜沒好貨”！
1.隔音太差！雖然被提醒在航道下會受到飛機引擎的噪音影響，但是我們旅遊早出晚歸避開了航班時段，卻沒能逃過酒店本身的隔音問題，隔壁房間以及走廊裏，甚至走廊對面房間的聲音都能聽到！不可思議，這建築和裝修材料得有多糟糕？
2.早餐問題.
非常小的選餐區。品種非常少，麪檔直接不營業，給出的解釋是春節材料供應不足！這能成為理由嗎？就是因為春節的高入住率才要備齊食材，不是嗎？如果去餐廳稍晚，很多食物直接就斷貨了，最基本的牛奶都供應不了，麪包吐司斷貨！中式麪點都不夠熱。請問你們要給客人吃什麼？
3.前台態度和解決問題能力！
某天很晚到酒店，詢問前台是否可能幫忙預約第二天一早的出租車。當班小妹妹一臉事不關己的答覆：“不提供叫車服務，都是住客自己解決”後繼續刷自己的**！在成都這樣一個旅遊城市，一家國際品牌的酒店不提供叫車服務！你不得不佩服！
4.房間設施。
房間插座質量很差，第一次用搗鼓了半天才插進去！且晚上沒人值班維修！
浴室裏的洗浴用品，被固定在牆上，反人類的按壓和固定設計，按壓使用非常不方便！每個房間提供了一個充電線，看起來很貼心，但是是要掃碼付費才可以使用的！這個酒店是有多窮？
熱水不穩定，忽冷忽熱，花灑也有問題，漏水導致出水不均勻！
衞生紙每天衹給一卷！因為小孩不懂事把一卷都弄濕了，電話給前台居然給我送來了一盒面紙，薄如蟬翼的面紙！第二天晚上回房間發現廁紙衹給了一卷！
雙床房的冰箱很迷你，大床房的卻是立式大冰箱！
