Atour Hotel (Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley)

This is My Fourth Time in this hotel whole 2024 years. every single time I came here to this hotel, feel at home, all the staff in this hotel overwhelming service, Especially Ms Hua Sia, she was one of the excellent service staff, she went beyond her responsibilities in this particular hotel, and none of the Hotel I did stay in China for last 11 Months, match with her excellent service and attitude, if any china base company or state Own firm, Airport Customer Service or Air China Customer Service Centre should Employ this Lovely Lady. She is not serving me only, she did every single customer like that, and that's why I referred a Chinese state firm to employ her. Cause lots of China-based State own Firm staff are lazy and have bad attitudes towards customers, especially airport and Airline Counter Service I Airport, some state firm Reception. She deserves it, if any state-owned firm, employs her, she will definitely will change the Image of the Those firm. I am recommended you 999.99% Percenatge.

At first, we were a bit worried about cigarette smell at the hotel based on our previous trips. However, Atour managed to keep our room free of cigarette smell which is quite impressive (especially considering some guests had no respect for rules and still smoked in the hotel premises). Throughout our stay for 4 nights, we had no issue at all with cleanliness and air quality. Plus, you can open a bit of the window to let the air in. Secondly, hotel staff’s service was way out of this world. One of the staff, Ms. Huang, really went above and beyond to help us even cut our watermelon and delivered it to our room We were really glad we picked this Atour and our stay in Chengdu was very pleasant. Definitely will stay here again if we ever return to Chengdu.

This stay was great! Our rooms were spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Kunming.

If travel with family highly recommend, they provide washing machine and dryer .

I hope they pay more attention to room cleanness and details. Just a hotel from a typical Chinese local chain. The good side is it locates at the center of the city, but for the city of Chengdu, things spread around and staying in city center does not give you much advantage.

I like Atour hotels very much. Their friend end staff are very helpful and friendly. To date , I found they have very good locations for my selection . Just a note on my latest stay. Realized this hotel has installed auto flashing and ‘push’ button flashing which is good, but I found the toilet bowl smell lingers around and not sure is this because of the flashing or a better toilet bowl cleaning agent is needed to get rid of the toilet bowl urine ‘smell’ .
