Hotel accogliente e bello, nel cuore della città e vicino alla metropolitana. Lo consiglierei

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. La signora che ha soggiornato ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera e ha spiegato tutto. Il fratellino che se ne andò, Xiaolong, fu particolarmente lodato. Poco prima del check-in, era preoccupato di portare troppi bagagli per paura di guai. Dopo il check-in, ho scoperto che questo posto è molto buono e il trasporto è comodo. D Dopo essere usciti dall'uscita, percorrete qualche centinaio di metri e sarete arrivati. Quando arrivi all'ingresso del parcheggio, il fratello della sicurezza è molto attivo per aiutarti a portare i bagagli alla reception. È molto comodo camminare per 20 minuti per fare shopping. È più comodo raggiungere Kuanzhai Alley in 20 minuti e puoi anche goderti lo scenario di Chengdu. In generale, vale la pena soggiornare in questo hotel. La prossima volta, finirò i miei amici. ?

Forse non era il picco del viaggio, quindi il servizio clienti ha offerto un upgrade gratuito alla camera. Sono molto soddisfatto di vivere in una stanza del genere su Taikoo Li Road, Chunxi Road, e il prezzo è molto alto. Innanzitutto le tende sono comandate automaticamente, e c'è un divanetto che forma una camera da letto e un soggiorno. Il bagno è separato da bagnato e asciutto, che è lo stile che mi piace. Soprattutto quando il traffico esce alla svolta, è la metropolitana.

The hotel is located quite a distance from Chunxi Road. The entrance is also a bit hard to find. Cleanliness is an issue. For the value of money, I would rather choose another hotel that is nearer.

Nice large room. Not too sure about how clean it is. The room was open when I went up and it had a strong smell of durian in the hallway and room. Odd that the TV turns on when you turn on the lights. The controls for the lights for the bathroom is located by the entrance making it very inconvenient.The bathroom floor was also had a puddle in it when I entered.

The hotel is really clean, and it’s near to IFS and 春熙路. Take to 市二医院地铁站 and leave from Exit B/C/D, which are closest to the hotel. I would like to commend the hotel staffs. My items placed around the room were well respected by the cleaning crew, whilst frequently cleaning the room (changing clean towels, rolls, toiletry supplies..) The cleaning lady was very nice and friendly! 小王 from the reception was also very helpful when I had several enquiries, he kindly assisted. Greatly appreciate these hotel staffs for making the stay 10/10. They only 1 washer and 1 dryer in Level 10, which you’ll need to take the lift to Level 9 and take the stairs up. Laundry powder is provided. :) WiFi is speed is so-so. Thank you for the great stay 来住酒店!

Originally booked 2 nights in this hotel and my experience was amazing, so when I decided to extend my stay in Chengdu, it was a no-brainer to choose this gotel again, and thankfully, a room was available. The receptionists were so nice to offer me the same room despite booking a different one on the APP. The service is top notch and highly commend all the staff particularly the housekeeping lady who was very polite and sweet. I will always come back to this hotel!

Well located, great shower. It was a niice hotel overall...

Booked for a friend. The hotel staff's hand writing lead to some misunderstanding in what room she was to stay in. The problem was resolved, and my friend was gifted a small Panda pushie as an apology. She told me that the layout of the room was odd, with a support pillar in the middle of the room. The blinds in the bathroom did not work so she had to shower on the dark as the window is very large and would have left her exposed.

Great location. Very close to the subway station and Chunxi road. The room is spacious but a bit noisy from being located next to the road. There are no none smoking rooms despite the option being available on trip.com. We stayed for two nights. The front desk ladies that we met at check-in and the following day were quite unfriendly and inattentive. They didn’t say hello or even gave us a smile. However, on our check out day, WC who helped us with our luggage storage was very friendly and helpful. He even apologised on behalf of others when I addressed the poor service that we’ve received prior.

The hotel is very close to subway. Reception very nice and helpful. If i come back to Chengdu again I will stay here.

設施：訂的雙人床房，房間小，不像照片宣傳的那樣。 環境：雙人間都是臨街的，隔音效果不好，車流量較大，很吵。房間的隔音效果也不好，隔壁房間説話都能聽清楚。 服務：前台服務態度好，而且賓館可以代收快遞。
