Ciao, compagni di viaggio! Di recente ho soggiornato in un hotel nel centro della città e volevo condividere la mia esperienza, che ha avuto un mix di aspetti positivi e negativi. Inizialmente, l'hotel aveva un aspetto gradevole, ma sfortunatamente, il servizio generale e la pulizia lasciavano molto a desiderare. All'arrivo, ho incontrato una scena caotica alla reception, con molto rumore e confusione. Ciò è continuato durante la procedura di check-in, il che è stato piuttosto fastidioso. Una volta entrato nella stanza, ho notato una vista piacevole, ma la mia delusione è aumentata quando ho realizzato che la stanza non era stata pulita adeguatamente. A peggiorare le cose, ho scoperto che il rotolo di carta igienica fornito era chiaramente usato e non nuovo. Ciò era completamente inaccettabile e una chiara violazione degli standard di pulizia. Inoltre, ho riscontrato problemi con il soffione della doccia. Non funzionava correttamente. Inoltre, il soffione della doccia e gli accessori erano coperti di calcare, il che indica una mancanza di manutenzione e attenzione ai dettagli. Per aggiungere all'elenco delle delusioni, la bilancia fornita nella stanza per la misurazione del peso non era funzionante. Questo è stato un inconveniente, soprattutto per coloro che si affidano a una misurazione precisa del peso durante i loro viaggi. Credo che sia fondamentale per gli hotel dare priorità alla pulizia, alla manutenzione e alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. Scoprire un rotolo di carta igienica usato, imbattersi in un soffione della doccia difettoso e sperimentare una bilancia non funzionante sono state grandi delusioni. In una nota più positiva, la colazione dell'hotel era nella media, niente di eccezionale. Dal momento che soggiornerò a Chengdu per altri due giorni, ho deciso di cambiare hotel. Purtroppo, non prenderò in considerazione questo hotel per i soggiorni futuri. Spero che questo feedback serva come un'opportunità per l'hotel per affrontare questi problemi e migliorare il servizio generale, la pulizia, la manutenzione e l'attenzione ai dettagli. The location is great, big room and nice breakfast. Good value for money. The hotel is a bit outdated.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at minyuon suniya hotel. The rooms had great views and was very clean. All the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful with recommending places to see/do in Chengdu - especially Garey Li and Aaron who helped us tremendously with organising our day trip to Emeishan , getting tickets to the Panda centre and also going above and beyond with helping us with a Meituan delivery. The cleaners were also very friendly and thoughtful with helping us hang our laundry in our room for us so they would dry quicker. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful panda toy gift in our room 😃 Would highly recommend this hotel as the location was also great where most places were a 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Chengdu.

Hotel upgraded my booking to room with river view. Nearest eateries are more than 500 m away.

It's a nice stylist hotel. Clean. Breakfast buffet was only okay, food that should've been warm was a bit cold most mornings. There is a restaurant outside the window that is quiet loud at night but they stopped by the time we went to bed (midnight). Location is fine if you are happy to call a taxi to any attractions.

There are guests smoking in women toilet at 1st floor for so many times… but this hotel have a great breakfast… real nice

Room 2605 was excellent. Highly recommended. Garey Li was really good in helping me to settle down here at this Chengdu hotel. The swimming pool is excellent plus the fitness gym was good

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff and the location in the center of Chengdu is good. The swimming pool was not comfortable. Very cold and no nice decoration.

Very satisfied with the stay. The location is great , close to the metro station, great view from the window, was living on 24th floor. The room service is very warm. Nice, tidy room
