Ero davvero insoddisfatto. Quando ho fatto il check-in, il ragazzo alla reception era molto freddo e indifferente. All'inizio avevo prenotato una camera doppia con Ctrip e c'era odore di muffa. Poi ho chiamato e ho detto che volevo cambiare camera. Poi Ho pagato 500💰 per cambiarmi. Ho preso una suite. La sintesi è che l'hotel è troppo vecchio e le strutture e le attrezzature sono troppo vecchie. La colazione dell'hotel ha troppo poche varietà. È meglio mangiare spuntini fuori. Chi ha bambini non non mi dispiace restare qui.

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due Atour, uno a Chongqing Hongyadong (No. 2 Linjiang Road) e uno in questo. Il letto matrimoniale con vista sul fiume a Hongyadong semplicemente non è buono! In ogni aspetto è migliore di questa camera Chengdu Atour. La tipologia della camera è troppo strana. Le finestre sono in rovina e non si possono chiudere. Per fortuna ci sono tende spesse che bloccano la Taikoo Li Atour S. L'ambiente è migliore di così in ogni aspetto. Per prendere l'autobus per l'aeroporto, ci sono vari trasferimenti. Io ho scelto Chunxi Road, che in realtà è più o meno alla stessa distanza. La prossima volta starò a S. Il cibo a Ma Zhuzi è così delizioso che ho mangiato lì per due giorni di seguito. Inoltre, Atour S è a Taikoo Li. Mi pento di non averlo scelto perché pensavo che fosse troppo lontano.

Hotel location is good. Not too far from Chunxi road pedestrian walking street. Room size is decent. Breakfast was not too bad too. A very good service provided by hotel is that they help guests to do the laundry and there is no need for us to wait for the washer or dryer when it’s occupied. Will highly consider this hotel again if in Chengdu

Good location, The Room is wide and comfy bed. The breakfast food selection is limited.

Room is spacious n clean , lobby got coffee machine which is nice . A bit noisy as located in the city Center

This hotel is really AMAZING and highly recommended! Hotel is super clean, staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel come with free laundry service (located at level 2, self service) and luggage storage service (when we away for 3 days to another place) which are really exceptional among others!

It is two intersections away from IFS Chengdu. Very convenient to get on/off from airport bus. The hotel services are very good. The breakfast is also very rich.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. We had a good sleep.

The hotel room is very spacious and nice. Toilet and shower is separate. Hot lemon ginger, fresh coffee and crisps are offered in the lobby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As we earlier stayed at another Atour and needed to get our Taobao package, the staff arranged for the package transfer within the hour. Free evening snack. Free laundry services. We purchased breakfast with our room and there is a wide selection. We are all very this hotel 👍👍👍

Atour hotel is an excellent hotel. The customer service went the extra mile, more so for the check-in staff at the front desk. If you are coming to Chengdu and did not want to stay in the hugely-congested Chunxi Road and yet want to be sufficiently, Atour Chunxi Road will be a very, very good choice.
