Hotel in ottima posizione. Stanze pulite e grandi! Colazione cinese

Accolti calorosamente da Xiao Zhu alla reception, abbiamo sperimentato una pazienza e una cortesia eccezionali durante tutto il processo di check-in. La camera era pulita e confortevole, e si trova in una posizione comoda, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Chun Xi Road. Numerose bancarelle di cibo intorno all'hotel sono aperte tutta la notte, e c'è un minimarket proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Inoltre, ci è stato offerto un tè pomeridiano/gelato omaggio e abbiamo ricevuto un peluche panda.

Ho preso l'autobus per l'aeroporto e sono arrivato di fronte all'IFS, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel (bisogna camminare sul ponte sopraelevato con i bagagli, è un po' un problema) la scala mobile sul ponte sopraelevato non funziona 24 ore su 24. Il bagno è un po' puzzolente, dopo che il personale ha pulito è meglio. Il letto è comodo, la camera è spaziosa, la colazione è buona.

È molto vicino alla strada pedonale Chunxi Road IFS Taikoo Li. L'hotel è molto igienico. Le bevande nel piccolo frigorifero sono gratuite. Buona anche la colazione al ristorante. Ci sono snack speciali del Sichuan. Molto comoda la lavanderia self-service al 29° piano. Nel complesso è consigliato

Walk to Chunxi road takes about 15mins. Although it’s not very far, but have to up and down the pedestrian bridge which has more than 40 steps each side. It’s not really convenient if you are holding luggages. 7-11, mini mart and pharmacy is right opposite the hotel. Quite a lot of eateries nearby when it’s night time as well. Hotel room overall is clean, but not under the bed. We combined both single and double bed, so we discovered a lot of dust and hair underneath. We arrived after 4pm, only 1 room is ready. Receptionist let us stay in another rooms while waiting for our rooms to be ready. Kids toothbrush and slipper provided. Room is big and we are able to open up all our luggages.

Had a great stay at Mercure Taikoo Li, the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and food and shopping is easily accessible.

We booked a parent-child room, and the overall experience was great! (That’s why I wrote such a long review…) - The hotel service is great. Everyone we interacted with was patient and friendly, including the service staff at the restaurant. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time. They patiently helped us to book extra stays and get discounts. And also recommend a lot of Chengdu local food/restaurants, which was very helpful. - The room is bright with a nice city view and well-cleaned. Room service is very quick as well. When we ordered takeouts, a robot sent them to our room. Pretty convenient. - My kid enjoys the parent-child room a lot. In addition to the small tent and a rocking unicorn, there are also some children's books, so we had things to do when it was raining outside. - The room facilities are fine too, there is a smart toilet, and the TV has projection as well. There’s no bathtub. - The location is excellent, in the center of Chengdu, and it is easy to get around. It is very close to Taikoo Li Chunxi Road, about ten minute's walk, and it is also very close to the airport bus station, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to it.

Good experience and nice stay in Mercure hotel ! The room was immaculately clean upon arrival, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom." The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, and the toiletries provided were of good quality The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive to my requests, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The lady who checked me in recommended me a list of good restaurants. Hotel breakfast has satisfying varieties and easier to obtain a seat.

Location is good, near to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. This hotel has a high occupancy rate so there are a lot of people walking around. Other than that, everything is good. Hotel is clean too.

Never have I thought of leaving a comment for a hotel. But this one. ( or may be this is just a very standard service for hotel in china ? ) Cheng Du is comparatively cheap, so taxi is the only transportation I used, location for this hotel is great for calling & locating. Food, near by has a quite famous Chinese noodle shop, and it tastes really good. Day time nearby has a lot of choice within walking distance. Night time, just right across the road , a few hawkers are always there, okay price, okay quality, but at least there is street food option right in front of the hotel. Takeaway delivery. Since the location is quite centre, so plenty of choices within 30-40mins. For introverts, there is such a sweetheart service that, the driver will drop the food to the hotel robot, key in the room Number. And then the robot will come to your room door. The phone will ring, but it is a robot calling you to open door too! (Basically you can ignore the call, just take that as a door bell) Completely no human contact or communication. Well executed! 24hr self service washing & drying for free! Cheng Du is full of red soup, spicy oil, hot pot. Either we are too careless , or the hotpot smell is staying on your clothes, you can always go up to wash n dry. There is also a colour absorb paper for coloured clothes washing tgt with white clothes. Very thoughtful! The staff at the reception are always super helpful and smiling. Never felt annoyed by how many questions we asked. Especially we don’t know much how this city runs, like taxi, ordering, direction, airport, umbrella. They always come with a staff serving you tea or water at the lobby area. Basically every staff are nice!
