Chengdu Xiyue · Zhixin Capsule Hostel (Taikoo Li)

The location was a bit tricky to find but the pictures on the profile are helpful. The floor hallway has zero lighting, which may have been a random case or needs to be fixed. My WhatsApp does not work and I arrived from the train fairly late (~10pm) and I knocked many times loudly but no one was there to check me in. A guest luckily let me in eventually and I grabbed a random bed in the women’s room. The room is cold since the windows are always open and there’s no heating There is only one sink, toilet and shower for the girls and same for the men. It was not very well kept. There’s a kitchen but it’s fairly dirty. It’s a cheap place to stay but I wouldn’t stay more than one night.

環境： 環境很差，不建議女生住。一個房間有幾個卧室，卧室裏麪是上下鋪床，問題來了！幾個卧室之間是男女混住！對女生來説還是不安全！有點危險！進房間門幾個年輕小夥子把我盯到，真的很侷促，房間內也陰暗壓抑。我晚上直接換了一個酒店住。 設施： 設施該有的有，空調要額外付費。 衞生： 衞生還算收拾得可以 服務： 服務態度和質量很差。商家説話方式有點傷人，當時我不知道空調是需要額外付費的，我就問老闆可以開空調嗎，她説“空調要額外付費，説我付這麼點錢，你想想嘛”，我就是很窮住不起的樣子😅😅，加了商家微信，問問題愛搭不理，發的消息還沒回，沒有服務意識。這個價錢就是愛住不住，二十多要什麼服務。 當時和朋友找地方充電，她不入住，她充的我的床位，我充的是別人的床位上的插座，老闆看到了就勸説不要在別人的床位充電，我能理解，她後面她説你頭髮會掉在別人床上，他們等會兒要回來住。我就不好意思了幫床上擦了擦。這位阿姨，你能不能換一個説話方式，説話真的有點傷人。

房間非常滿意，新打造的青旅，設施物品齊全，衞生每天都有人打掃，床上用品非常齊全，住着很暖和。老闆人也很棒。還能一起聊天
