QQinleipiaolanPrima del check-in, ho scoperto che non c'erano recensioni negative per questo hotel. Ero un po' felice e un po' preoccupato. Spero che questo sia un hotel in cui ci si sente a casa, ma sono preoccupato che le recensioni positive siano ”confezionate”. . Di conseguenza, ho rinunciato completamente all'idea il giorno in cui sono arrivato al negozio. Questo è davvero un ottimo hotel e mi ha fatto sentire come a casa.
Igiene: poiché ho bambini, la cosa più importante a cui tengo quando scelgo un hotel è l'igiene. Quasi tutti i principali hotel di Chengdu hanno recensioni negative sull'igiene, ma questo non ha recensioni negative. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in, ho anche pulito e disinfettato la scrivania una seconda volta. Ho scoperto che il personale qui era davvero serio nel pulire la stanza e che la scrivania e le altre aree erano molto pulite. Questa è stata una vera sorpresa.
Ambiente: ho prenotato una camera con vasca. Quando ho fatto il check-in, ho scoperto che era la stanza che desideravo di più. La stanza era spaziosa, bella ed elegante. C'erano piante verdi nella stanza e un grande schermo di proiezione e fare un bagno allo stesso tempo. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto bello. C'è un piccolo e delizioso cortile al primo piano. La cosa che preferiamo è sederci nel cortile al primo piano e fare colazione ogni giorno.
Servizio: l'atteggiamento del personale di questo hotel è molto buono. Ho chiamato più volte per porre domande prima del check-in e tutti hanno fornito spiegazioni molto dettagliate. La colazione a buffet gratuita viene servita al momento del check-in. Ogni mattina, quando fai colazione, ti verrà chiesto se vuoi il caffè. I bambini ti chiederanno se vuoi il latte al cioccolato (fatto a forma di panda). Voglio davvero ringraziare lo staff qui per aver aggiunto il colore più brillante al nostro viaggio.
Servizi: C'è un piccolo frigorifero e uno sciacquone automatico nella vasca da bagno. L'hotel dispone di un forno a microonde e di una lavatrice. Se soggiorni per più di tre notti di seguito, riceverai un servizio di lavanderia per 25 alla volta, oppure puoi asciugarlo da solo.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Ci torneremo quando andremo a Chengdu in futuro?

LLiJian93The service in this hotel is seriously exceptional. I would confidently says this is the best service I ever experience in all my hotel stays even to reknown 5 stars hotel. It makes me feel super homely and welcome whenever I enter the premise. I would first like to sincerely thanks every single staff that I have met during my stay, and I seriously meant everyone from the front desk especially 小灵 and 小岚, other ground staff which i didn't manage to get their name, the manager (I assume she is higher ranking as she is wearing a black suit, but i didnt get her name), restaurant staff, night staff and housekeeping. 谢谢.
Some example of the excellent service I experienced:-
1. When we first arrived, this is actually our last hotel in Chengdu before our 12 days holiday ends, which means we actually have a lot of bags and heavy luggages. When our car drove in, the staff immediately came and assist us with unloading our luggages to the lobby. This is a first to us compared to all the hotel we have stays in the past few days. That was seriously a good start giving me a full confidence to the stay.
2. Check in was super smooth and explanation was good. Even inform me regarding the wechat service if I ever have any queries, I can reach them there (reply was super duper fast and action was promptly taken too during my queries 🙏).
3. The ground staff even helps us with the luggage right after check in and show us around the hotel while showing us the way to our room after I feel a little loss asking which direction should I go for the room.
4. Housekeeping was good too. Room is super duper clean and everything was in place! even help me place a temporary curtain cover when I mention about the privacy of a small window, asking if it is able to be covered and she immediately came over and solve it for me.
5. One night when I came back quite late which I decided to take a cab. When I came out from the cab with a huge bag, a senior male staff who was holding a water hose cleaning the surrounding floor saw me. He immediately stop the water and came over rushing offring to help me. I was seriously touched by this action too. Thank you.
6. Checking out was the same too. All their services are really consistent with all their staff.
There is just so many more to mentioned but I will leave it at that.
As for the room, it is super duper comfy too and exactly as mentioned! I had a super good rest after all the past days exploring and I feel recharge. The bed is comfy, aircon is very cold, shower pressure is really strong and the toilet has smart control + bidet. This makes the Malaysian in me super happy. The room is smart control too, meaning you can voice command to control the curtain and lighting or even the air conditioning.
Breakfast was good too. Variety may not be as many as my other hotel but the taste is good. And the afternoon snack is a good touch too that I am thankful.
Free self service laundry room is provided as well for those who needs to wash clothes and has dryer too. Detergent is provided 💕.
Location wise is good too. Surrounded by food just right across the street and a train station just 5 mins walk away.
There maybe some short fall like the lack of dry storage in the shower area as the design is dry wet type of bathroom but I think this is a small matter and the service makes up for everything.
I highly recommend it to others and will be back to stay in the future if i ever come to chengdu. 100% my first choice now.

AAnninaQHotel in posizione strategica, con la metropolitana vicina ci si può spostare comodamente in tutta la città; ha anche una vista incantevole sul ponte Anshun dalla terrazza davanti al locale colazione, anche dalla nostra stanza la vista era bellissima. La stanza è come descritta, piccola ma con tutto quello che serve, dal bollitore del tè, alle bibite fresche in frigorifero e alle bottigliette di acqua fornite ogni giorno. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il servizio di lavanderia gratuito e asciugatura, la ragazza ci ha spiegato che tasti utilizzare perché erano scritti in caratteri cinesi quindi per noi un po' difficile senza spiegazioni. Le ragazze della reception sono state carinissime e disponibili, hanno organizzato per noi la gita a Wolong per la base di ricerca dei panda anche se lo abbiamo chiesto la sera per il giorno dopo. Se dovessimo tornare a Chengdu torneremo senz'altro qui! Grazie di tutto!

JJackie travelI arrived at homestay 闲时依旧 from 毕棚沟at around 8.40pm . We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small.
we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind .
anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭
Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here .
The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor .
I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room.
she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help.
I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town .
I really like this place .
Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities.
It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL .
WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT?
BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN FABRIC INDUS7FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS !!!
AND CELLULOSE FIBER HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE INNOVATION THE INDUSTRY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH IT TO THE MARKET .
I CAN TELL YOU ,THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND IT IS RECYCLABLE .
THE HOMESTAY TOOK ME BY SURPRISED AND THAT IS SOMETHING I WANTED TO SAY ,YOU ARE BEYONG INNOVATION AND YOU HAVE COME TO THE POINT FEW PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO INVEST .
IN ADDITION, THE WATER THAT HOMESTAY OFFERED US IN ROOM THERE IS 1.5 LITRE AND 2 0.5 LITRE AND IT IS PETRIFIED WATER .WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE USUALLY SEE .I have been travelling and staying thousands of hotel even 5-6 stars no places offered such expensive water!!!!

We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned .
we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way .
I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price .
Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own).
The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately.
All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors.
Since we love the stay so much and we love the city.
we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ，but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature .
so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel offre servizi completi e un ambiente di altissima qualità. La ragazza alla reception è molto cordiale e premurosa. La zia pulisce la camera in modo impeccabile e ordinato. L'atmosfera è accogliente e generosa. Nella confortevole hall, elegante e dall'atmosfera molto gradevole, si diffonde una leggera fragranza. Al momento del check-out, troverete un panda rosso in omaggio.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Molto pulito, la camera è grande. C’è un solo ascensore ed eravamo all ottavo piano con terrazzino annesso. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione, pagando davvero poco mi sembra 20 rmb a persona. È una colazione per di più cinese ma c’è anche frutta e pane al burro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

UUtente ospiteOnestamente, per il prezzo è un ottimo affare! La camera era pulita e graziosa, il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ad esempio NaNa alla reception ci ha aiutato più volte. Offrono anche un servizio di lavanderia per i clienti.
La posizione è ottima, è una zona molto vivace e comoda per spostarsi in città.

PPhacha PThis was undoubtedly a perfect stay for my first trip to Chengdu. I had some work to do and the room was very quiet despite be centrally located. The staff were very, very kind, and helped reserve restaurants, find out how to get to different places, and even our bags. The meal we had at the hotel was one of the best meals in Chengdu. We will definitely come back!

HHana moriThe hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.
