我們這次是來成都跑馬拉松的，這也是我第一次來成都，成都人民的熱情我是感受到了，非常好👍前台小姐姐非常nice，三晚住三次不同的房間，小姐姐都很耐心的幫忙更換！酒店離地鐵很近，不管是2號線還是3號線都不遠，樓下就有羅森，和火鍋，都非常方便👍就是沒來得及拍酒店房間了，下次去再補上😁

The only thing not happy is the room floor is dirt,
can feel the table still have dust and full of smoking odour. The living hall chair, the wall decorating can see dust. I sit in the chair 10 min and skin start itchy.
Total stay 3 days, house keeping not clean properly.

Purtroppo l'ascensore non è stato riparato durante i tre giorni del mio soggiorno e probabilmente è stato riparato dopo che ho lasciato l'hotel. 淡季去的，價格合理。房間也大，兩個人入住剛剛好。
酒店還有免費洗衣房可用，附洗衣液。前台服務也很周到，提前幫忙開好空調了。每天早上也會微信問要不要打掃房間，前台服務是很不錯的，很周到。
地理位置也很好，走路三分鐘就到地鐵站，附近超市也很方便。
晚上酒吧很不錯，可以小酌，喝完直接回房間，很方便。

剛從[棗院酒店]退房，必須給個好評。一進酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，裝修精緻。前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住手續迅速高效。
房間的空間很大，窗户視野好。床很舒服，躺上去一天的疲憊都消散了。衞生狀況無可挑剔，每一處角落都一塵不染。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品質量不錯。酒店內十分安靜，隔音效果好，晚上能安然入睡。另外，酒店有部分的免費停車場，還是挺方便的，下次來還會選擇這裏。

Ho scelto una suite con una camera da letto e un soggiorno con prestazioni ad alto costo. Era molto confortevole come un appartamento singolo. Il personale dell'hotel era molto entusiasta e dedicato, soprattutto quando li ho incontrati in ascensore ha accolto gli ospiti in modo molto professionale. Mi sono sentito molto cordiale e bene. La popolarità è in forte aumento. Ha un parcheggio privato gratuito. Il personale della reception ti ricorderà anche se hai una macchina. È premuroso e prenderò in considerazione la possibilità di soggiornare qui volta che vengo a Chengdu.
Ci sono alcuni problemi minori a cui spero che l'hotel presti attenzione: 1. Lo scaldabagno del bagno è un po' lento nel fornire acqua calda A volte si verifica un piccolo malfunzionamento nello scaldabagno a gas e devi andare al cucina per riavviare l'interruttore, il che è un po' fastidioso;
2. La TV in diretta è ancora un segnale analogico Sebbene non influisca sulla visualizzazione, non è così chiaro e piacevole come il digitale ad alta definizione.

Yyen5560368L'unico miglior servizio cordiale, l'unico hotel confortevole e rilassante a Chengdu. Il monastero di Wenshu è facilmente raggiungibile, così come molte sale per spettacoli dell'Opera del Sichuan. C'è sempre una lunga coda all'ingresso del Dim Sum Shop del Palazzo e c'è anche un salutare ristorante con piatti caldi di funghi. Le strutture della camera sono nuovissime, con elementi antichi all'esterno. La camera dispone anche di nuove attrezzature tecnologiche, tende automatiche e servizi igienici intelligenti. Spuntini deliziosi, arance dolci e fagioli azuki secchi di vari gusti sono forniti gratuitamente la stanza dell'alloggio e alcune caramelle dai gusti speciali. La colazione è particolarmente attenta e ricca. Potrete mangiare bene tutti i giorni prima di uscire. Inoltre potrete depositare i bagagli gratuitamente dopo il check-out. La cosa più degna di nota è l'atteggiamento del personale, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Hanno risposto alle domande sollevate dai clienti con sorrisi gentili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per assisterti, facendoti sentire come se ti fossi innamorato immediatamente di Chengdu in inglese ed è molto adatto anche ai turisti stranieri. Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here .
The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor .
I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room.
she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help.
I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town .
I really like this place .
Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities.
It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL .
WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT?
BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN FABRIC INDUS7FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS !!!
AND CELLULOSE FIBER HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE INNOVATION THE INDUSTRY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH IT TO THE MARKET .
I CAN TELL YOU ,THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND IT IS RECYCLABLE .
THE HOMESTAY TOOK ME BY SURPRISED AND THAT IS SOMETHING I WANTED TO SAY ,YOU ARE BEYONG INNOVATION AND YOU HAVE COME TO THE POINT FEW PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO INVEST .
IN ADDITION, THE WATER THAT HOMESTAY OFFERED US IN ROOM THERE IS 1.5 LITRE AND 2 0.5 LITRE AND IT IS PETRIFIED WATER .WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE USUALLY SEE .I have been travelling and staying thousands of hotel even 5-6 stars no places offered such expensive water!!!!

We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned .
we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way .
I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price .
Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own).
The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately.
All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors.
Since we love the stay so much and we love the city.
we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ，but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature .
so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full.
You see how good she is ,the next night we stayed in spacious room with very clean beds as usual.
All I can say if I can give full star of 10 I wanted to give

Il personale è stato eccezionalmente professionale e accogliente, assicurandosi che ci sentissimo subito a nostro agio.
Uno dei punti salienti del nostro soggiorno sono stati i servizi gratuiti premurosi offerti dall'hotel. Siamo stati lieti di gustare un delizioso tè pomeridiano, che ha aggiunto un tocco di indulgenza alla nostra esperienza. Inoltre, il vassoio di frutta omaggio offerto è stato un gesto rinfrescante e molto apprezzato. L'attenzione ai dettagli in queste piccole ma efficaci offerte ci ha fatto davvero sentire apprezzati come ospiti.
La nostra camera ha superato le nostre aspettative sia in termini di comfort che di dimensioni. La disposizione spaziosa ha fornito molto spazio per rilassarsi ed era perfettamente pulita e ben attrezzata con tutto ciò di cui potevamo aver bisogno per un soggiorno confortevole. Il design e l'arredamento erano moderni e invitanti, rendendolo un rifugio perfetto dopo una giornata di esplorazione.
La colazione gratuita la mattina successiva è stata un altro punto saliente del nostro soggiorno. La varietà di opzioni disponibili era impressionante, adatta a gusti e preferenze diversi. Tutto ciò che abbiamo provato era fresco, saporito e splendidamente presentato. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata.
La posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente fantastica. Situato nel cuore di Chengdu, è convenientemente vicino alla vivace Chunxi Road e a Taikoo Li, due dei luoghi più popolari della città per lo shopping, la ristorazione e l'intrattenimento. La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini.
