LLiJian93The service in this hotel is seriously exceptional. I would confidently says this is the best service I ever experience in all my hotel stays even to reknown 5 stars hotel. It makes me feel super homely and welcome whenever I enter the premise. I would first like to sincerely thanks every single staff that I have met during my stay, and I seriously meant everyone from the front desk especially 小灵 and 小岚, other ground staff which i didn't manage to get their name, the manager (I assume she is higher ranking as she is wearing a black suit, but i didnt get her name), restaurant staff, night staff and housekeeping. 谢谢.
Some example of the excellent service I experienced:-
1. When we first arrived, this is actually our last hotel in Chengdu before our 12 days holiday ends, which means we actually have a lot of bags and heavy luggages. When our car drove in, the staff immediately came and assist us with unloading our luggages to the lobby. This is a first to us compared to all the hotel we have stays in the past few days. That was seriously a good start giving me a full confidence to the stay.
2. Check in was super smooth and explanation was good. Even inform me regarding the wechat service if I ever have any queries, I can reach them there (reply was super duper fast and action was promptly taken too during my queries 🙏).
3. The ground staff even helps us with the luggage right after check in and show us around the hotel while showing us the way to our room after I feel a little loss asking which direction should I go for the room.
4. Housekeeping was good too. Room is super duper clean and everything was in place! even help me place a temporary curtain cover when I mention about the privacy of a small window, asking if it is able to be covered and she immediately came over and solve it for me.
5. One night when I came back quite late which I decided to take a cab. When I came out from the cab with a huge bag, a senior male staff who was holding a water hose cleaning the surrounding floor saw me. He immediately stop the water and came over rushing offring to help me. I was seriously touched by this action too. Thank you.
6. Checking out was the same too. All their services are really consistent with all their staff.
There is just so many more to mentioned but I will leave it at that.
As for the room, it is super duper comfy too and exactly as mentioned! I had a super good rest after all the past days exploring and I feel recharge. The bed is comfy, aircon is very cold, shower pressure is really strong and the toilet has smart control + bidet. This makes the Malaysian in me super happy. The room is smart control too, meaning you can voice command to control the curtain and lighting or even the air conditioning.
Breakfast was good too. Variety may not be as many as my other hotel but the taste is good. And the afternoon snack is a good touch too that I am thankful.
Free self service laundry room is provided as well for those who needs to wash clothes and has dryer too. Detergent is provided 💕.
Location wise is good too. Surrounded by food just right across the street and a train station just 5 mins walk away.
There maybe some short fall like the lack of dry storage in the shower area as the design is dry wet type of bathroom but I think this is a small matter and the service makes up for everything.
I highly recommend it to others and will be back to stay in the future if i ever come to chengdu. 100% my first choice now.

The hotel was built just a few months ago and looks spotless. This place was built right, using good materials and good craftsmanship. I felt that I was in a hotel built to the best US standards.
Though it is on a typically busy corner, the hotel inside was quiet. The hallways and public spaces were clean and well lit, the room itself was spacious with a good shower and a really, really comfortable king size bed. The room included a very comfortable couch that seats two, a chair and counter, and enough storage spaces to comfortably place luggage where needed and store other items.
I've eaten the buffet breakfasts at several four and five star hotels in China, and I think this was the best of all. Huge array of hot and cold Chinese dishes as well as enough western style foods like eggs, waffles, cereals, pastries, etc. to more than satisfy us. Plenty of decent drinks and coffee choices, too. A chef is always present, making fresh hot dishes and snacks, and the rest of the staff is super friendly, always making sure we had what we need. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and between these hearty breakfasts and suppers at nearby outstanding noodle and hot pot restaurants, we only needed to have light snacks during the day.
What impressed me most was the service. I expect good service at hotels like this, but the people here went above and beyond. Especially the second shift manager, Monica, who helped us in many ways. She acted almost like a personal concierge during our stay, and when we were about to hire a driver on our own for an excursion out of town, she found us a more reasonably priced driver who was calm and careful, unobtrusive, and a very pleasant guy.
We had originally booked for only two nights, and when we wanted to stay for two more, we were faced with limited availability and weekend night rates, which were higher than what we paid. We fumbled around with this online and with a desk clerk, but then Monica arrived and had us in our same room at the same rate in no time at all. By the time we left, we felt that we had made a new friend in Monica. Her cheerful, helpful, and friendly attitude always lifted us whenever we saw her.
The hotel is not located in the heart of the downtown area, which is probably why the rates are so low for such a nice facility. That was not a problem for us. Though we are “senior citizens” we sometimes walked downtown or back (about 30 minutes) to burn off some of our breakfast calories and explore local areas. Other times we took rideshares, which were always readily available and inexpensive at about $1.50 US to get us into the heart of downtown or to other attractions. Everything seemed more peaceful and personal in this neighborhood than the hectic downtown area.
As we explored the neighborhoods nearby the hotel, we found all kinds of little stores, restaurants, and fun nightlife, like street corner ballroom dancers (who cheerfully tried their best to get us to join them). We also found a bustling night market nearby as well as a trendy, upscale neighborhood of small bars and eateries and fashionable shops.
We will definitely stay at this location again, next time we visit Chengdu. My wife and I both give it our highest recommendation with absolutely no reservations about anything.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms.
Some noteworthy details:
- Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort.
- The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include:
(a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now!
(b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room
(c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C.
(d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold.
- Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them.
- We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away.
- We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2.
- Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too.
- We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests.
Areas of improvement:
- Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake.
- The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper.
- Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor).

Camera pulita, posizione molto comoda e personale molto gentile. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo dimenticato la giacca in hotel e il personale è stato molto gentile e hanno fatto in modo da farci recapitare la giacca alla nostra tappa successiva senza aggiungere nessun ricarico rispetto al mero costo di spedizione. Se ricapiteremo a Chengdu torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel.

MM428972****Le camere sono spaziose, con servizi relativamente nuovi, un design e una disposizione ragionevoli, pulite, ordinate e inodori. I letti sono particolarmente puliti e comodi. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, con una fermata dell'autobus a sinistra dell'ingresso principale e l'uscita A della linea 2 della metropolitana a poche centinaia di metri, il che lo rende molto comodo per raggiungere le attrazioni. Scegliere questo hotel per il vostro viaggio a Chengdu vi soddisferà sicuramente.

Zzhuzhu666-L'Hotel Xishu si trova a Wenshufang. Sebbene la zona commerciale sia ben sviluppata, di sera è sorprendentemente tranquillo. Le camere sono estremamente ben attrezzate, l'aria condizionata funziona alla perfezione e la pulizia è impeccabile. L'arredamento della hall è bellissimo. Il ristorante al piano terra offre deliziosi piatti per tutto il giorno e c'è anche un cortile e un giardino privati, perfetti per sorseggiare un tè. Nel complesso, è un posto fantastico che merita cinque stelle. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff per la loro dedizione, in particolare a Norah, Guli e Fairy, che si sono occupate del check-in, per la loro professionalità, responsabilità, cordialità e pazienza.

PPhacha PThis was undoubtedly a perfect stay for my first trip to Chengdu. I had some work to do and the room was very quiet despite be centrally located. The staff were very, very kind, and helped reserve restaurants, find out how to get to different places, and even our bags. The meal we had at the hotel was one of the best meals in Chengdu. We will definitely come back!
