Our loft is new, bright, and inviting, featuring a king bed and a sleeper sofa that comfortably accommodates one person. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, while the spacious bathroom offers a refreshing and luxurious experience. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. Please note, The Cloud Studio is located on the top floor, which requires climbing two flights of stairs as there is no elevator. While this is something to consider, the peaceful atmosphere and great views make it well worth the effort. Whether you're cooking, lounging, or getting ready for the day, you'll find the space both functional and comfortable. Despite being centrally located, The Cloud Studio offers a unique blend of security and tranquility. The quiet street ensures a restful stay, while being higher up adds an extra layer of calm. You'll love being close to the city's vibrant life while having a serene retreat to return to. Our building is perfectly positioned at the corner of High Street and 4th Street, within walking distance of many top attractions, including the Tennessee Aquarium, Hunter Art Museum, Creative Discovery Museum, High Point Climbing Gym, and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Plus, the beautiful Tennessee River is just a stroll away, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures. Enjoy all that Chattanooga has to offer from the comfort of The Cloud Studio! We also have another flat in the building available for rent per night; if you can't safely climb stairs, please inquire about this option. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. There's one spot directly in front of the building for unloading, and metered parking is available from 8 am to 6 pm. If you need detailed parking instructions, please let us know. A parking garage is also a few blocks away if you prefer. The loft entryway has a convenient spot to secure your bike to the banister, perfect for Chattanooga’s bike-friendly environment. There are plenty of places to rent and park a city bike, with the nearest rental port by Rembrandt's Coffee Shop near the Hunter Art Museum. ** Please note that a signed renter agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
