Nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was small but adequate for a dip. Kids enjoyed it. Walking distance to Futuroscope. Maybe 15 minutes walk. Lots of free parking at the hotel. Ate at the restaurant. Good value and nice food. Friendly staff. Bar had some family games like cluedo which was a nice touch and kids enjoyed that. We didn’t pay for breakfast but found a great little cheap and tasty boulangerie across the road. Really recommend that to sit in for breakfast. Staff spoke English at reception and cleaning staff did a good job. Would stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel due settimane fa. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza in questa struttura vista la vicinanza con il parco, senza troppe aspettative. Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da ragazze molto Gentili alla reception. Visto il nostro francese non molto fluido , con nostra sorpresa ci ha illustrato il nostro soggiorno un uomo ITALIANO sulla 40ina d’anni. Gentilissimo e di bella presenza, sicuramente il padrone di casa ( vi confesso che se non fossi sposata mi sarei fermata a bere un bicchiere di vino con lui :) :) ) Passiamo sul piano ristorante : Personale di sala di bella presenza ( mio marito ne sa qualcosa) Invece per quanto riguarda la cucina, fantastico il caffè gourmet con piccola pasticceria assortita.

La maggior parte delle volte siamo solo viaggiatori/turisti! Come seriamente cosa vuole la gente? ! (Voglio dire quelli con commenti e recensioni spaventose) sono rimasto fortunatamente in grandi hotel in tutto il mondo e non posso dire meno di questo. Servizi professionali e puliti. le letti erano puliti e colazione era anche grande. ecc... Non è un nuovo hotel di marca sì, ma chi ha detto che la Francia è un nuovo paese? ! Siamo buoni! Sicuramente rimarrà lì lì l'anno prossimo per la grazia di Dio. Xoxo

It os supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but it feels like a 2-3… The breakfast is nothing special, borderline disgusting, in fact it made 3 out of 5 of us vomit. Unrelated to the park because it happened before we went to futuroscope. The room, was super hot, you can not control the Air Conditioner, they do… all you change is the fan speed. The window was so stuck we couldn’t open it the first day, so we slept hot… The second day we were determined to open the window so we finally got it budged open by a bit of force. It says online that pets allowed, yet you pay extra for nothing that includes pets, nothing for the pet itself to me thats pointless and just extra money for nothing. There should be atleast a pet bed or some area to accommodate them or even dog sit them while we were at the park. There is not, or if they have they did not inform. Is it convenient location? Yes, it is pretty close to the park, less than 10 minutes to it and there is a more direct entrance that leads you basically towards the middle of the park. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay there, definitely not worth the price. And Id label this a 3 star hotel. Beautiful outside on its structure, convenient location, but inside its average, specially the floors/halls have this weird hospital smell.

This hotel was a great find! We booked it very last minute, after a stop in Futuroscope en route to the ferry in Roscoff. Firstly, the staff are all so polite, friendly and efficient, from check-in to the breakfast assistant. Secondly - rooms are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The walls have all been freshly painted, new carpets, so everything is fresh despite it being an older hotel. We had a Comfort Double Room so it was quite big. The rooms are so quiet - we had the best night sleep here with no outside noise at all. Breakfast was excellent - there was a good selection of breads, yogurt, juice, meat/cheeses. There’s a pool table downstairs, plus an outside swimming pool. Definitely would recommend for anyone visiting Futuroscope.

The hotel is very well located next to the highway, which turns out to be an excellent option for those who need to rest in the middle of a long trip. Some employees don't speak English very well, but nothing that with some patience and a word of French in between can't be overcome. Regarding the hotel's conditions, the rooms are a little small for the Mercure standard that we are used to finding in other countries. The breakfast is up to the standards of a Mercure hotel.

Super hôtel. Chambre très propre. Nous avons adoré le calme. Aucun bruit durant la nuit. Les petits déjeuners a volonté sont top également. Le personnel de l hôtel est très accueillant. Si je peux trouver un point négatif c est vraiment la localisation du parc ,nous avons eu beaucoup de mal a le trouver.
