In the heart of the city of Chartres this charming apartment of 35 m2 will seduce you with its charm, mix of modern and old with private parking. Renovated in July 2015, it is fully equipped: private entrance with beautiful old staircase, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, 3 hotplates, hood, dining area for 3p. Located on the first floor of a beautiful renovated house. In the main room, a large bed 160x200 and sofa bed for 1p. bathroom with large walk-in shower. WC with washbasin. Flat screen TV.
Free WIFI. Shared laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer, steam generator and ironing board.

Anniversary holiday
Small apartment just what we needed. Shower was a bit hot and hard to regulate but over all fantastic place to be. Location was perfect and made easier with private parking.
