Il mio compagno e io abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno in questo Residhome che è molto ben situato a pochi passi dal centro, la cattedrale e i ristoranti. La pulizia è inaccettabile molto importante per noi 😀. Il letto è confortevole e dormi bene.Il personale è simpatico e ci ha dato consigli utili per visitare la città . Il signore che era qui al momento del check-out era molto simpatico e professionale , ci ha dato la volontà di tornare a parlare di una festa della luce che si terrà nel febbraio o marzo 2024 . Grazie al passaggio ☺️ Lo consigliamo e rimarremo li' senza esitazioni se ritorneremo a Chartres un giorno .

A night stop over booked on line for two rooms. No problems at all. Easy to find with secure parking behind the hotel (€10 for 24 hours) Comfortable rooms with all that is needed for one night though having your own kettle is an advantage. Comfortable bed and good shower with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful with advice on local amenities. Only a 15 minute walk to the Cathedral and the centre of town. Restaurants tend to be expensive in the centre so we ate at the hotel. A good quality satisfying meal with good service. A good range of food for breakfast completed a great stay.

Situato direttamente al di là della stazione ferroviaria principale di Charter. L'hotel jdb offre ai viaggiatori un comodo soggiorno notturno. L'hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale, dove troverete numerosi caffè e ristoranti che offrono cibo molto buono. Il parcheggio è disponibile per un prezzo nominale, gli spazi dietro l'hotel sono limitati e sono ritirate a notte. Le strutture all'interno dell'hotel sono piacevoli agli occhi. Ci è un ascensore per accedere ai pavimenti. Le camere hanno un senso di boutique, il lato inferiore è che le camere non sono più grandi, ma per una notte sono più che adeguate. In tutto ciò si può fare molto peggio del jdb e sarei felice di rimanere di nuovo.

Arrivammo dopo mezzanotte, ma c'era qualcuno che poteva controllare. Erano molto amichevoli e felici nonostante fosse così tardi. La stanza era assolutamente buona. Era pulita e confortevole e idea per un soggiorno di notte. La camera da letto e la doccia erano pulite e i tovaglioli erano adeguati. La mattina dopo la colazione era buona con molta scelta per il valore. L'hotel non è facile da trovare come altri hanno detto in precedenti recensioni, vale la pena fare una passeggiata su Google Maps in anticipo per vedere come accedere attraverso parchi auto di altre imprese.

We used this as an overnight stop and the service is disgusting. We had eaten a heavy lunch earlier in the day so requested some bar food. We were given a bar menu and decided on two croque monsieur. Even though they had given us the bar menu they then refused to serve us food in the bar and insisted that we go in the restaurant saying we could order it in there. On going into the restaurant we were told that bar food was unavailable in the restaurant. We had experience of the restaurant menu the previous night in the Novotel Narbonne, the menu is limited and does not cater for small meals. The staff did nothing to assist with providing some light food and appeared to not really care about it.Two French gentlemen who were at the hotel for business purposes and had overheard our conversations with the staff advised us not to eat in the hotel saying it was terrible. There was no manager on the premises only inexperienced reception staff and rude bar and restaurant staff. At the bar we had a Coke and a bottle of water, my wife was offered a plastic glass for her water and had to ask for a glass one. The person who served her just raised their eyes and slammed a glass down on the bar. This person turned out to be the restaurant manager. We are now sat in our room with no food as they refuse to provide room service which I thought was a requirement for a 4 star Hotel. The room is hot and humid as they have turned the air conditioning off. I have booked breakfast in the morning but now we do not wish to eat here so it will be interesting to see if they try to charge us for breakfast! Take our advice and don't stay here, 4 star hotel and 1 star service.
