Hotel in zona Nutech Solutions Inc, Charlotte

The hotel was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We liiked that! We were disappointed that the Bistro was only open 1 of the 5 nights that we stayed. The hours were posted to be open until 10, but it was not. The a/c in the rooms was difficult to regulate. Maybe it was us, but we put it at 70 and it was way too cold. Put it at 73 and it it was warm . So inconsistent The room itself was large but the toilet and shower room was small as were the sink and closet. Not much storage in the dresser either. I realize that this is not the fault of this Courtyard, and is the layout of this particular place. Also disappointed that no breakfast vouchers were offered. We are usually given those when we stay at Marriotts where no free breakfasts are provided. We did ask, and were told no. Our stay was definitely adequate, but not our favorite.

I had an amazing stay at AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne and want to give special thanks to Christine for her professionalism and warm hospitality. This was my first time in Ballantyne, and I ended up staying for three nights because of how great the experience was. The hotel is in a fantastic area with plenty of nearby restaurants and free parking. The bar serves excellent cocktails, and the modern, stylish design throughout the hotel adds to its charm. The rooms feel luxurious with stunning views. The yoga studio and gym are impressive, perfect for anyone looking to stay active. Whether you're new to Ballantyne or visit often, I highly recommend checking out AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne.

I am literally still crying from my “special trip” that I had planned at this hotel. Flew in family (one of which is sick and dying and it maybe my last time seeing her). Rented fancy cars for everyone. Had planned a spa retreat for my daughters 18th bday and Mother’s Day for the women that have been there for us. I was a 15 year old mother, I was left homeless and hungry. I fought to be a mother, build a business, and my daughter and I had finally made it. I had remembered going to the hotel before for a dinner. I thought it would be a perfect spa day/special place. I am still crying as I type this. - I paid and booked in advance because the booking agent said they could accommodate us at the spa. I paid for the nicest room/cottage. Since we were just coming for a fun day/evening, I wanted it to be perfect. Which is why I went to a “Luxury” resort. I knew things had to be right and with a resort with this level achievements, it would absolutely be right… or so I thought. - First I had to call 3 times and several people after the spa reservation wasn’t made by the original person that booked at Marriott. - Upon trying to get the appointment at the spa, they had no availability and the woman was truly nasty. So I pay private people to come in last minute. - I arrive and the grounds are a MESS. Complete construction site, dead plants, trash, I was so confused.Nothing like what I had been promised or expected. It was a giant construction site. - The valet is the same person as the bellman. They have all these white men in suits standing around that are management while they make one little brown man do all the work. Let’s call this the “Legal Slavery” Marriott. -No one warned us or even bothered helping us to the cottage. This put us behind because we were lost for an hour in the construction. We missed out dinner reservations and had to eat my daughters bday dinner at some crappy place that could accommodate 9 people last minute. - We get to the “fancy” cottage/house. It disgusting. Red wine is all over the carpet. There are broken glasses in the bushes and on the patio (clearly had been there for a long time). There was an ant infestation and all of the food we ordered was covered in bugs. - Then I go to talk to the manager on duty on Sunday. Because I was crying in the middle of the lobby. He was dismissive and walked away and left me crying in the lobby on my daughters bday. The massages were cancelled and everything I had planned had been ruined, completely. - His boss comes in and makes excuses for him and comps the disgusting room that they shouldn’t be renting. However, makes NO attempt to take responsibility for any of the implications that their lies and laziness caused. Nothing was figured out, not only that but I had spent the entire time I was there trying to get things fixed, so I didn’t even see my family that I paid to fly in. I spent thousands to have one special day at their hotel and they sold me something that was a

La stanza era bella. Molto bella e pulita. Quando sono arrivato per la prima volta, non ho ricevuto la stanza che ho visto inizialmente sul sito web. Quando ho chiamato il desk front e li ho informati, l'agente del desk front e' andato sopra e oltre per trovarmi la stanza giusta e vicino all'ascensore, che era un plus, perché io e un altro membro della famiglia sono disabili. Vorrei conoscerla, ma non ricordo, era fantastica con il mio processo di check-in. L’unica denuncia che avevo era l’ascensore, che mi aveva portato fino a quel punto, per camminare con il mio camminatore e la mia custodia, che uscì solo una volta dalla mia 5 giorni di soggiorno. L'hotel è tranquillo e il colazione è molto buono. Era anche in una buona posizione. Io sarò certamente indietro.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo bel hotel è stato molto bello. È situato vicino agli shopping, ristoranti e facile accesso alla cortina interstatale per andare intorno a Charlotte. La camera è stata una suite da letto. È stato ben strutturato per l'alloggio dei tre della nostra festa. Molto pulito e tranquillo. Il colazione era molto delizioso. Ci siamo divertiti il nostro weekend e sceglierebbe la stessa posizione per ulteriori viaggi.

May 4th on the night shift Mr. Cleo was amazing! I was trying to print some documents for work and my business file had a security encryption on it. Which did not allow me to use the public hotel printer available for all guest. Mr. Cleo did not hesitate and even stopped what he was doing to print my pages for me. I really appreciate his courtesy for my needs.

Lost track of how many visits this is for us — but each and every time we receive the utmost in Marriott hospitality from GM Emily and her wonderfully-attentive staff. Every thing here is just perfect. And as the weather warms, they appear to be getting closer to opening the fantastic outdoor pool/jacuzzi. There are also 2 separate patio areas with very comfortable chairs for enjoying afternoons and nights. We had a massive 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite on the top/5th floor with screened windows that open for a breeze and glorious evening views all around the property nestled amongst trees. Right across the street is everything you could want: Target, Harris Teeter, Jersey Mike’s, Sally Beauty, Ulta, a Regal movie multiplex, Chick-Filet, Starbucks and many more eateries. You can walk forever in almost any direction, but there is also a good-sized fitness room with free weights, machines, lots of towels, even a scale. You will really enjoy breakfast: cage-free scrambled eggs every day as well as an ever-changing variety of additional egg sandwiches, plus individual milk cartons (fat free, 2%), bagels/breads, bananas and yogurts (some also fat free). Laundry facilities on the 2nd and 4th floors (1.75 wash/1.50 dry). No ice machine but just ask one of the very, very friendly breakfast ladies (like Divya, who is so nice to everyone) and they will oblige you with a smile. All in all, a fantastic stay. It always is. This was our third visit to this newer hotel. Highlights and hints: This Courtyard is located in an upscale area close to the freeway and walking distance to multiple restaurants at Waverly. A Harris Teeter grocery was also across Providence road. Most rooms included a small fridge for food or beverages. On weekend mornings there was a long line for the First Watch that shares the parking lot with Courtyard, but other nearby faster options at Waverly included two local bagel/coffee shops, a Starbucks, and a Whole Foods. Courtyard also had paid breakfast options until 10:00am. The new rooms included a constant central fan blower strategically placed near the doorways that really cut down typical hotel hallway noise. In fact, a group of young sports team members and their families were at the hotel and we never heard any noise from their rooms at night. This stay, one of the rooms we booked was an Accessible room with excellent placement of safety rails in the bath, a direct roll in shower with fold up seats, and lower beds with plenty of space between them. We recommend this hotel if you are traveling with someone who requires an accessible room. The non accessible rooms had newer style walk-in showers with a short curb, glass doors, and a cool shelf for toiletries accessible from in/out of the shower. Larger size fitness area on site and could be entered with hotel key. There was an indoor pool, but we did not use it. Each floor also had pay washer/dryers available near the elevators.

I visit Charlotte, NC often to see my family. I normally stay at the Hilton Garden Inn South Park location. On this particular visit I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Waverly. I was not disappointed. The gentleman at the front desk whose name is James gave exceptional customer service. I travel a lot and I must say this is the first time that I did not have to complain about the sheets not being clean, the bathroom not being clean etc….My room was perfect and very clean. It made my stay worthwhile! Thank you James and the House Cleaning team @ Hilton Garden Inn Waverly! :)
