I am literally still crying from my “special trip” that I had planned at this hotel. Flew in family (one of which is sick and dying and it maybe my last time seeing her). Rented fancy cars for everyone. Had planned a spa retreat for my daughters 18th bday and Mother’s Day for the women that have been there for us. I was a 15 year old mother, I was left homeless and hungry. I fought to be a mother, build a business, and my daughter and I had finally made it. I had remembered going to the hotel before for a dinner. I thought it would be a perfect spa day/special place. I am still crying as I type this. - I paid and booked in advance because the booking agent said they could accommodate us at the spa. I paid for the nicest room/cottage. Since we were just coming for a fun day/evening, I wanted it to be perfect. Which is why I went to a “Luxury” resort. I knew things had to be right and with a resort with this level achievements, it would absolutely be right… or so I thought. - First I had to call 3 times and several people after the spa reservation wasn’t made by the original person that booked at Marriott. - Upon trying to get the appointment at the spa, they had no availability and the woman was truly nasty. So I pay private people to come in last minute. - I arrive and the grounds are a MESS. Complete construction site, dead plants, trash, I was so confused.Nothing like what I had been promised or expected. It was a giant construction site. - The valet is the same person as the bellman. They have all these white men in suits standing around that are management while they make one little brown man do all the work. Let’s call this the “Legal Slavery” Marriott. -No one warned us or even bothered helping us to the cottage. This put us behind because we were lost for an hour in the construction. We missed out dinner reservations and had to eat my daughters bday dinner at some crappy place that could accommodate 9 people last minute. - We get to the “fancy” cottage/house. It disgusting. Red wine is all over the carpet. There are broken glasses in the bushes and on the patio (clearly had been there for a long time). There was an ant infestation and all of the food we ordered was covered in bugs. - Then I go to talk to the manager on duty on Sunday. Because I was crying in the middle of the lobby. He was dismissive and walked away and left me crying in the lobby on my daughters bday. The massages were cancelled and everything I had planned had been ruined, completely. - His boss comes in and makes excuses for him and comps the disgusting room that they shouldn’t be renting. However, makes NO attempt to take responsibility for any of the implications that their lies and laziness caused. Nothing was figured out, not only that but I had spent the entire time I was there trying to get things fixed, so I didn’t even see my family that I paid to fly in. The hotel’s dining options were top-notch, with a diverse menu that satisfied all my cravings. La costruzione era in corso al momento del nostro soggiorno, così poteva sentire lavorare sopra la nostra stanza durante il giorno, ma altrimenti piaceva la nostra stanza..

This was such a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here when I am back in the area again.

Hotel molto pulito, spazio gigante all'interno della camera. L'hotel è un edificio molto alto situato in una posizione privilegiata nell'area del centro cittadino di Charlotte. I servizi dell'hotel sono molto inclusivi, ottieni immediatamente tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno.

Ho viaggiato qui per il mio 40° compleanno con amici. Il parcheggio dell'hotel e le strade sono in costruzione ma all'interno dell'hotel era bello. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la nostra camera, ma immediatamente hanno cambiato la mia camera senza problemi. L'hotel ha una lounge sul tetto che era fantastico. Inoltre ha altri ristoranti e bar all'interno. Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro tempo lì e abbiamo lasciato a malapena l'hotel perché c'era così tanto da fare in hotel. Ne è valsa la pena.

Noi AMiamo questo hotel!! Le viste sono invincibili, la posizione non poteva essere migliore, il personale è gentile, l'elenco continua. Abbiamo controllato molto tardi (in tutta onestà, il mercoledì 4:00 quando dovevamo essere lì la notte prima, ma nessuno sembrava annoiato e il personale era meraviglioso.) Non potevo raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza.

Il servizio è stato fantastico. Hanno tenuto la torta fredda in frigo per me, hanno portato tutto di sopra per me mentre parcheggiavo e hanno persino trovato un oggetto che ho lasciato quando siamo partiti alle 4 del mattino del giorno successivo! Hanno tenuto l'oggetto fino a quando mia madre è venuta a prenderlo ed ero così felice di quanto sia onesto lo staff, sono così per favore con tutti, sono fantastici qui! !

Questo è un hotel d'affari nel cuore di Charlotte e un'oasi dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio. Dopo aver sentito il ritardo di un aeroporto, siamo arrivati molto, molto tardi all'hotel. Il personale era molto empatico, ci trovarono una stanza migliorata, alcune tolettarie (da quando il bagaglio era stato perso) e ci hanno dato accesso al M Club. L'albergo e i ristoranti sono bellissimi, tutto sembra nuovo, e il cibo era buono. Lo spazio del club è anche nuovo e invitante e abbiamo avuto una mattina molto divertente parlando delle nostre (mis)avventure come famiglia. Ogni membro del personale che abbiamo incontrato ci ha chiesto “C'è qualcosa di cui hai bisogno?” Mi ha ingoiato di quanto tutti fossero gentili e benvenuti. Grande, breve soggiorno.
