I checked in about 11pm and I few things with there was no cart available I was told they were in use so me and my sister just started carrying our stuff up to the room get off the elevator on the 7th floor there were 2 carts sitting right there then I booked and paid extra for panoramic view but got a view of the highway and trees and my curtains wouldn’t close all the way so in the morning sun was beaming right on my face

Should put more attention towards cleanliness. Looks like my room got the bare minimum in terms of cleaning. It was pretty sad to say the least.

We stayed at the hotel two days. Towels were dirty, linen was dirty as well, horrible smell of **** everywhere

I booked a room with king size bed because I’m tall but I got two full size beds which I didn’t need. The toilet ran continuously after flushing which was annoying. My itinerary stated that checkout is at noon…..housekeeping started knocking at my door at 9a.m. 10a.m. & 11a.m. I did not get proper rest😖

The rooms were okay but had a funny smell. The pull out sofa had no linen and when asked for some the front desk stated they were out. No blankets or sheets. From desk staff needs to be trained on customer service etiquette, just rude when you are asking a simple question. Also what’s the point of using my app to check in to bypass the front desk if I have to stand in line for 20 minutes to check in again?
Plenty of place to sit and relax outside of the rooms which I loved. Close to shopping and donning

It was a short stay but it was definitely a peaceful and relaxing one, Jeff and front staff was delightful and courteous.
