My room door was open when I got to the room I had to go back downstairs and complain and get another room

Pros: the staff was friendly.
Cons: room wasn’t that clean, there was a smell in the room and also saw few bugs.
The bread served in breakfast was old.
There was pot smell inside and outside of the building. I would not stay with family again in this hotel.

Decent hotel, clean room. Near shopping complex, felt safe. Only issue was other guest lingering outside doors- “enjoying a ‘smoke’”

Hotel is not a newer building but it doesn’t look old either. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk was friendly. Room was cleaned well and no smells. Refrigerator was a little noisy. Bed was comfortable. A good stay for the weekend.

My spouse thought it was a little dated! Myself for the $ it was acceptable. They need to deodorize and do a better job of cleaning the room carpets especially if they allow pets! Also more option for breakfast. Not everyone eat pork!

Conveniently located near Interstate. Check-in was pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Bed super comfortable.
Hotel room was getting tired. Showing signs of use. Chipped paint on doors and mirror. Carpet had some stains.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean and a very good size. Only issue was asked for a deposit when checking in and was not advised about the policy while booking the stay. Not a problem putting the deposit but was not expecting that surprise

The room was very minimalistic for a 4* hotel. The mini fridge was not functioning. It had a bad smell. It has not been used/ turned on in a long time. No microwave. The last night I stayed there I asked the reception to schedule a wake up call at 5 am as I had to go to the airport. I never got the call. I could have lost my international flight if I didn’t use my alarm on my tablet. Hotel is quite far to get to downtown Milan - 35 Euro by taxi. On the good side, breakfast and service was really good.
