The hotel was convenient to the Spectrum center which is why we chose it. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not efficient on many levels. If staying there when a big event/concert is taking place, be prepared to wait over. Half hour just for the elevator. Also can’t take the stairs up to your floor which for safety purposes may make sense but for ease of trying to get back to your room makes it a bottle neck. Staff was fine but not great. Valet service totally not worth it. We waited for over 25 minutes for our car after using their app to request it. Many people who came after us got their cars first. Won’t be staying here again.

Customer Service was amazing! It was very clean and smelled good. Very convenient walk to everything. Will definitely stay here again! Hit up the roof top resturant when you stay its a must.

I was charge more then they should to my CC. I called and let them know that I understand the $ for the valet parking, but what was the extra $ charge for? He told me it was for restaurant...WE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AT THE HOTEL AT ALL.

The services was very bad. I asked for towels in three different occasions and I only received small towels. The room was not very clean. No housekeeping services. I spoke with Alfonso, he was rude and informed me that I needed to request services before 10:00am, this was around 11:00am. I wont visit this hotel again. I remember asking a staff to help me with something and I was told that "he was not on the clock" so disappointed. This hotel need more diversity workers.

We went to check in at 12:10pm , but the check in time was 3pm. Staff could have gotten a room clean and ready for us in 30 to 45 min. Even though she was checking in other people around that time , she made us wait the whole 3 hours and checked us in at 3pm. Since the checkout time was before noon, she could have coordinated with housekeeping and got a room cleaned much earlier.

The property is ok. But my daughter forgot a kindle in the room, and we tried to call the hotel to see if they found it and if we can get it back. They are not reachable by phone. If you would like to make a reservation they transfer you to the agency, but if
