Please drive all the way to the back for parking, and avoid blocking the driveway entrance to the backyard. Pet Fee: $30/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL. Important Information Before Your Stay: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred.
