Great clean rooms, friendly customer service from both staff and owners. Overall exceptional quality service with a modest price. Highly recommend this hotel over others in Port Charlotte. Very hospitable, courteous, and attentive to all their guests.

I have been staying here a lot this past month due to being displaced from the hurricane. Barbara and all of the staff I’ve encountered have been SO kind and welcoming to my daughter & I. I’m so thankful for their hospitality. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are so soft. ❤️ Our current bath/shower is brand new! I was treated with such kindness and respect by the staff, especially the owners, which honestly meant the most to me. I was thankful that they were one of, if not the only motel open for the hurricane and provided a safe shelter for my daughter & I. The cleaning crew is SO sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure you will be happy and comfortable. They are all wonderfully kind people! Thank you Barbara, and thank you to all the staff who work so hard! I’ve had an amazing stay here. I can tell that Barbara is really passionate and caring, she gives this place her all!

Horrible, horrible, horrible ' Just a bad situation when the room has the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling. The second photo is of a clothes/towel holder hanging out of the bathroom wall. In addition, the floor was not level and had a rollercoaster feel to it. I asked the maid if all the rooms had this issue with the floors and she came into the room and noticed it right away. She told me not as bad as this room and would pass along the issue. The site listed breakfast was included but the staff said there was no breakfast when we inquired about the hours for breakfast the night before. They claimed they were not aware that breakfast was listed on their website which I showed them from my phone. I showed them the photos of the smoke detector but not sure it will be addressed. I always like to list the positive and negatives but have a hard time thinking of positives. The price was less than $85 but I have stayed in better for less money. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice. The cleaning staff was friendly.

Great guest service! Phenomenal rates. Room are fantastic. Beds are very comfortable,easy to fall asleep on. Showers are good. Hot water lasts. Room service be on top of they duties. Would happily point people in their direction for a night stay or more

This place is nothing but a ripoff and a joke, called 2 days after the hurricane and was told that this place was up and running without any problems, drive 8 hours and arrived to see a sign on the windows, cash only, no power, no water, would not refund my money, saw a 80 year old women sitting in a wheelchair with her daughter on the sidewalk, she told me that he would not refund her back any money either, this place needs to be closed down for ripping people off after a hurricane

Stay there a least once a month for about 3 to 5 days. Never had any problems. Clean and quiet. People that work there are very helpful. We have a small dog and they always welcome her.Make yourself at home. And the price is good.

Place is dirty, very unprofessional staff, roaches and cigarette smell stained in the rooms, suspicious “residents”…the list could go on. Don’t stay here, you will have a horrible time and be treated rudely.

Best hotel ever me and my family stayed here for a few nights and loved it the room was amazing the staff was very friendly good location and overall best experience and a good price I would definitely come here again 10/10
