THE SPACE Our spacious 2nd floor condo, ‘The Honeydew’, is ideal for groups of 4 with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Located on Broad Street. Accessed by a shared entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, The Honeydew features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for small groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Unit is located on the 2nd floor (accessed only via stairs). A fusion of Charleston’s history and modern luxury, there are original hardwoods throughout, elegant high ceilings, original chandelier, beautiful molding, and fireplace with original masonry. The bathroom has been updated with Carerra marble and a large walk in shower with luxury linens. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with luxury linens and beautiful tall windows overlooking Broad Street. The cozy second bedroom boasts a queen size bed with luxury linens. The partial kitchenette has a marble countertop, stainless steel mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and drip style coffee maker, sink and dishes/utensils for 6. The kitchenette opens up to the living room with comfortable seating area and flat screen TV with cable and ability to stream and complimentary WiFi. Please note the fireplace is inoperable. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have exclusive access to the 2nd floor of this home and will have all the essentials you would need during your stay. We provide one (1) off-street parking spot. GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
