The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was really bad (you are better off having breast outside). The location isn't so great either because it wasn't within walking distance to anywhere worthwhile and there wasn't much around the hotel (except for various local eateries). The check-in was straight forward even with my limited Chinese vocabulary. There was a window in the bedroom so that was nice. The TV worked and allowed for watching local channels. New releases and movie rental was also available at additional cost.

Walkable distance (15 to 20 mins) to 牌坊街 so if you want to explore the local neighbourhood it is recommended. Price is ok.

Good location with bus station right at the door step@ abeit on the other side of hotel. Hotel is clean and modern with catch phrases around the room to light up your days. The service staff is polite and answer to all questions asked. Just like the other hotel near by there are eateries around the hotel and at each corners and they open till late night. It is also near Teochew West lake, and about 30 mins walk away from Teochew Old Town where all the attraction located. We booked with breakfast and it is delicious with some nice local Teochew cuisine, and to me you can coupled with your hotel booking or purchase for one of the day you stay.

Our stay was great! The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable.

The check in by staff too slow n not professional. When check as foreigner they had to do manually input info . Halfway she said asked me to wait n to serve local clients instead . I got angry n told me it should be in proper qué way. They claimed foreigner passport too complicated to fill up if they are new staff but the experience staff should come n help . The check in was totally too long even later it was finished in 15 mins. Local clients with children forcing them to do their first but staff should uphold priority come first for who come first.

Clean rooms and located in a convenient location. Nearby the commerical street.

Room clean and spacious, not very good breakfast and no coffee. Convenient location for taking Didi, but a little but far from historical attractions

住過幾次希岸酒店，這家是最好的。前台接待熱情周到，管家式服務，給我們升級了房間。房間超大，裝修精緻，風格典雅。設施齊全，乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離。電動窗簾，方便。早餐不錯，滿足各類賓客之需。 酒店距潮州古城很近，步行十幾分鍾可達。古城景點眾多，尤以廣濟橋最為壯觀，是必看景區！

總體感覺非常滿意，酒店的位置好，設施齊全，房間衞生乾淨衞生。店員服務態度好，特別是前台的小姐姐，非常熱情，酒店的周邊環境不錯，三樓花園漂亮，早餐內容豐富，停車🅿方便，配有自助洗衣機，值得推薦！

一直都很喜歡希岸偏女神範的裝修風格，樓下不遠就是汽車站，有到高鐵站的公交，還有家肯德基，周圍吃的不少，距離古城中心區域1.5公里左右，房間乾淨，燈光明亮，配有香薰，早餐不錯，鹵蛋超入味，前台服務熱情，交流順暢，建議配備洗手液…

整體：這次是幫老爸老媽預訂的，他們先去汕頭，然後去潮州，這個酒店環境很好，房間也夠大，也很乾凈。總體來説還是滿意的。 服務：我訂了兩晚，第二晚是有早餐的，於是第一晚前台還送了一份早餐。 早餐：唯一一點不足的是第二天早上的早飯，早飯在頂樓。環境不太乾淨，很嘈雜，而且早飯品種也相對比較少。（吃起來其實還行，就是環境有點亂） 圖一是酒店客房環境。圖二是酒店的早餐，圖三是潮汕的街景。

已經是二次入住還是老樣子非常不錯，酒店離古城景點及商業區都非常近樓下好多小吃非常方便。訂的是希岸大床房間很寬敞明亮，床品舒適，洗浴用品高品質。 酒店服務很周到細緻，特別是客房浪姐知道是老客户又過來入住招待很熱情👍👍👍客房清潔人員也很不錯外出回來房間打掃乾乾淨淨特別是見到客人都會打招呼，早餐不錯雖然品種不是很多，但味道口感很棒，水果很好吃。辦理入住前台小帥哥嚴經理服務特好，問了周圍吃的玩的很熱情耐心回答，不像其它店愛搭不理的，這點給個贊👍👍總體來説，這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦!

酒店服務態度好，前台熱情周到，讓人感到舒服，房間採光好乾凈敞亮 ，住酒店有免費停車場🅿️ 總體來説還不錯，離牌坊街比較近走路大概20分鐘很方便，樓下就是肯德基，周邊還有各種地方美食吃很方便。
