This hotel has a fabulous location, situated in Changshu downtown area and steps away from restaurants and shopping marts. it is also very close to major tourist sites along the Yu Mountain. The hotel has a decent gym, a swimming pool, and a nice inhouse restaurant. The hotel breakfast has many choices and the quality is good too. The whole staff team is very professional and friendly.

Good location, nice and clean

Clean and neat hotel. The staff is attentive and pleasant, some speak English. Large, bright room, comfortable bathroom with heated toilets. Perfect for an express stay.

To me it is mostly difficult to rate the locatiion; I knew before that there is nothing super special around. My room was as clean as you can clean an old room. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Overall I think it is too expensive.

雖然酒店裝修比較老派，但是很乾凈衞生。房間寬敞明亮，就是稍稍悶熱。另外，自助早餐菜品豐盛，也很可口，總體上是極具性價比的一家酒店，商務出遊皆宜！

這家酒店性價比很高，服務態度很好，住在裏面有種賓至如歸的感覺。早餐非常豐盛，每日有免費小冰箱飲料，停車免費。

來常熟旅遊或者出差，不住這家酒店真是糊塗啊，老牌五星級酒店，雖然有些年頭了，但勝在乾淨衞生，升級到了裕景大床房，在21樓視野開闊，遠遠的還能看到虞山，小冰箱裏的飲料隨便喝，蘇打水啤酒也有。晚上還貼心的送來了酸奶和伴手禮，早餐還有蕈油麪，在望岳樓吃的話30多元一晚，這邊隨便加料，以後來徒步還住這裏

週末出來度個假，性價比非常高的一家酒店了，特別滿意的是對面就是體育館，可以打球。 周邊也有很多很好的餐廳，用餐愉快。

特地來常熟看演唱會，訂了這家酒店，離場館很近，是老牌五星酒店，服務沒話説，前台小姐姐特別熱情，辦理入住很快，房間整潔乾淨，隔音效果很好，早餐品種豐富，茶餐廳味道也不錯，下次來常熟還選這家。
