對於這個位置的民宿，環境算是訂好的了。民宿就在森林邊緣，周圍的小巷子裏煙火氣十足，走到麓山南路也就五分鐘，但路比較窄，剛好能過一輛車。 樓是新建的，設施都很新，前台的兩位小帥哥都很負責、很熱情，早餐也不錯，做早餐的阿姨很熱情。 接下來講點不足的地方。房間內的開關是完全亂的，我們住的套房，卻連個小冰箱都沒有。民宿打掃衞生的娭毑是整個民宿最大的問題。我們住的兩室一廳的套房，有一間卧室有明顯的臭味，應該是拖地的水是臟的，留下的餿味。我們入住之前好些天沒人住了，入住時也沒人去查看一下。 告知此事後，搞衞生的娭毑進來看，卻硬説是我們的一包換下衣服的味道，也不想想為什麼沒放衣服的房間卻有味道，結果再打掃時也沒重新拖地，而是搞了些香薰掩蓋。還是我們自己用浴巾擦了遍地才解決問題。 第二天我們找前台小哥多要了兩條浴巾，我們四個人用得多。結果白天出門回來，發現這阿姨把沒用的浴巾收走，用過的濕浴巾卻留下，真是會幫老闆省錢。
