Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

TTravelfreeSebbene inizialmente difficile da trovare, questo hotel si è rivelato adeguato alle mie esigenze per due notti.
L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino ad alcune linee della metropolitana e a centri commerciali, ma questo è tutto. Non c'è molto da fare nei dintorni, la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche o dei ristoranti degni di nota si trovano a circa 3 km o più di distanza e richiedono un tragitto in taxi o metropolitana.
L'hotel in sé è piuttosto pulito e moderno, le camere dei miei amici erano piuttosto pulite e moderne, ma la mia era vecchia, sporca e dal design insolito. Credo che in precedenza fosse una camera familiare e, invece di fare dei veri lavori di ristrutturazione o decorazioni, hanno semplicemente rimosso il letto aggiuntivo. Alcune pareti sono decorate con disegni di bambini a matita, altre sono semplicemente sporche. La stanza è spaziosa, ma c'è solo un tavolino e una sedia. I miei amici che hanno pagato meno o la stessa cifra avevano due sedie o persino un divano. La mia camera nel complesso sembrava strana.
La colazione era standard, consiglierei i noodles preparati al momento rispetto al buffet precotto.
Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile.
Nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato buono, ma spero davvero che facciano qualcosa per la camera in cui ho soggiornato...

TThevenGreat place to stay, not noisy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, but unfortunately AC wasn't working, only heater was working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get quite hot and stuffy without it). For the first night, they moved me to another room temporarily as the room reached 28C. The following days they provided me a portable fan and that worked well enough actually (room dropped to around 18-20C with the heater turned off). Their service was quick and great, so can't complain about that.
The room was great, it had a big projector, and everything can be voice controlled or using the switches by the bed. The internet speed was good enough to stream and cast stuff to the screen. They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym (must go to the lobby and ask them to tap Level 2 Gym floor for you) and free laundry and dryers (must be booked through WeChat/Weixin as it's not self service). The hotel was also walkable to some stores as well! The train station was also 5 mins away from the hotel, so that made things super convenient.

ZZeeinchinaHo fatto il check-in sabato 28 prima del mio fidanzato per organizzare alcune cose come fiori nuziali, decorazioni ecc. Katrina alla reception è stata assolutamente fantastica. Ha seguito le mie richieste e ha verificato le informazioni sullo staff di Trip.com che erano state inviate in precedenza.
Era estremamente amichevole, gentile, premurosa, diligente e professionale: una vera risorsa per IHG. Lei si è occupata di tutto. Ha organizzato le decorazioni da fare dopo la nostra partenza per la registrazione del matrimonio, così quando sarei tornato sarebbe stato tutto pronto per mia moglie.
Le strutture e il servizio come il ristorante aperto tutto il giorno al 1° piano, il bar Sky27 e l'Intercontinental club al 27° piano, erano meravigliosi. La band latina (duo cubano / colombiano) è stata magnifica e abbastanza amichevole ✊
I cestini per la colazione sono stati organizzati per la nostra partenza anticipata il 31. Il taxi è stato ordinato ed è arrivato prontamente in anticipo per venirci a prendere.
Il personale dell'hotel ha verificato se ero un membro IHG e ha applicato i miei sconti, se del caso. La colazione a buffet e tutto il giorno a La carte era meraviglioso. YYas_miniBook a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room.
The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper.
Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Bblackcupcake999Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where.
The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it.
On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out.
Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy!
Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight.
All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!
