Breakfast, comfort, cleanliness, location, we unfortunately only stayed one night and didn't want to leave.
Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children.
Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards.
The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime.
What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable.
The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions.
Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

TTravelfreeSebbene inizialmente difficile da trovare, questo hotel si è rivelato adeguato alle mie esigenze per due notti.

L'hotel in sé è piuttosto pulito e moderno, le camere dei miei amici erano piuttosto pulite e moderne, ma la mia era vecchia, sporca e dal design insolito. Credo che in precedenza fosse una camera familiare e, invece di fare dei veri lavori di ristrutturazione o decorazioni, hanno semplicemente rimosso il letto aggiuntivo. Alcune pareti sono decorate con disegni di bambini a matita, altre sono semplicemente sporche. La stanza è spaziosa, ma c'è solo un tavolino e una sedia. I miei amici che hanno pagato meno o la stessa cifra avevano due sedie o persino un divano. La mia camera nel complesso sembrava strana.
La colazione era standard, consiglierei i noodles preparati al momento rispetto al buffet precotto.
Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile.
Nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato buono, ma spero davvero che facciano qualcosa per la camera in cui ho soggiornato...

WWongLa camera è bella con vista, ma le 2 letti sono certamente troppo piccole per ospitare 3 persone. Forse l'hotel dovrebbe usare letti più grandi o aprire una camera tripla per famiglie strane numerose come la mia.
Ho detto chiaramente a questo bel personale di front desk durante il controllo che ho 3 pax. Era amichevole e tutto, ma purtroppo la stanza aveva solo oggetti da cucinare per 2pax. Ho chiamato il desk, e questo stesso tizio ha partecipato alla mia chiamata per ottenere i prodotti per il 3° pach. Ha chiamato ancora dopo la consegna e mi ha assicurato di aver ricordato alla custodia che la stanza è rimasta a 3pach. Il giorno dopo, quando siamo tornati da un giorno intero di viaggio, siamo tornati nella stanza con gli oggetti mancanti. Ci sono stati 3 asciugamani, quindi abbiamo solo lasciato che scivolasse e abbiamo deciso di non chiamare il desk front, come era la nostra notte scorsa ...
Inoltre, che tipo di hotel a scala superiore non è in grado di fornire ai clienti l'aiuto che hanno bisogno attraverso metodi online?? Oltre trip.com chat, letteralmente non c'era modo per me di raggiungere l'hotel. Non hanno nemmeno un numero locale che posso prestare per prenotare biglietti di attrazione!Che vergogna! E quando ho chiesto questo al conto frontale, sembra che il messaggio fosse ”tu sei da solo”. Certamente non è un buon senso per una famiglia che visitava il paese per la prima volta!! E mi aspettavo davvero meglio da un hotel a scala così.
Infine, credo che l'hotel sia troppo lontano dalle principali attrazioni, quindi l'ambiente è piuttosto deserto. Abbiamo sempre lasciato l'hotel da DiDi comunque, quindi non era un'operazione per noi. Non sembrava che ci fossero posti da mangiare vicino che erano aperti alla notte, quindi potresti avere bisogno ******* se stai in casa (ma buona fortuna se non hai un numero locale!!). Questo è anche come si può ottenere una posizione tranquilla + belle viste + un prezzo ragionevole. Vale la pena per l'esperienza di lusso se sei una festa di 2.

TThevenGreat place to stay, not noisy. The room was clean, beds were comfy, but unfortunately AC wasn't working, only heater was working during winter (some hotels disable the cooling part of AC, and your room can get quite hot and stuffy without it). For the first night, they moved me to another room temporarily as the room reached 28C. The following days they provided me a portable fan and that worked well enough actually (room dropped to around 18-20C with the heater turned off). Their service was quick and great, so can't complain about that.
The room was great, it had a big projector, and everything can be voice controlled or using the switches by the bed. The internet speed was good enough to stream and cast stuff to the screen. They provided drinking water, toiletries, some tea and an electric kettle. They also had a gym (must go to the lobby and ask them to tap Level 2 Gym floor for you) and free laundry and dryers (must be booked through WeChat/Weixin as it's not self service). The hotel was also walkable to some stores as well! The train station was also 5 mins away from the hotel, so that made things super convenient.

GGeorge NLa W Changsha è perfettamente situata al di sopra del centro commerciale Yunda con cariche di negozi e ristoranti, tra cui Haidilao, McDonalds, Starbucks, fortunato caffè e centinaia di altri. La parte migliore è che il centro commerciale dell'hotel ha una passeggiata diretta verso la stazione di metropolitana Changsha Avenue (Linea 2), in modo che si possa andare dalla stanza tutto il percorso fino 5-1 strada FIMO strada senza salire fuori in pioggia o caldo estremo in estate. Changsha è una città incredibile e questo è probabilmente il miglior hotel.
La posizione è brillante per chi cerca di accedere alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità o all'aeroporto. È un po' lontano dal centro, ma è solo 20 minuti sul metro e preferisco essere un po' lontano dalla pressione e dalla pressione.
La sala da giardino, la piscina e il bar sono epici e la musica da casa è in tutto il momento che passi attraverso la porta.

CCHOI FONGThe Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.
