Hotel in zona Hunan University of Chinese Medicine (Huangtuling Road), Changsha

Very good service , the hotel accommodated all my requests! Breakfast was great ! The location is a little far from everything but is in a quiet place. Lots of places to eat around. I wanted to do laundry but the laundry room was quite humid and scary looking so I didn’t go! Otherwise pretty good hotel. Shampoo , conditioner and body wash are amazing.

這次入住體驗真的非常棒!酒店的位置特別好，就在市中心，步行幾分鐘就能到附近的商圈和地鐵站，出行特別方便。一進大堂就感受到温馨的氛圍，工作人員非常熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，還主動幫我拿行李，服務細節很到位。 房間乾淨整潔，床品特別舒服，睡得很香。浴室的水壓也很足，熱水來得快，洗漱用品質量不錯，用起來很安心。最讓我驚喜的是房間的隔音效果很好，晚上完全聽不到外面的噪音，休息得很踏實。 早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，特別喜歡他們的現煮麪條和新鮮水果，味道很好。酒店的健身房和泳池也很乾凈，設施齊全，鍛鍊完感覺整個人都放鬆了。 總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，性價比超高!下次來這邊一定還會選擇 家酒店，也會推薦給朋友!

房間不大不小，設計美觀，有兩人沙發，也有小茶座，全屋燈光智能控制很贊，半夜起來也不用開燈，可以人聲感應。 床頭插座比較殘舊質差，不過可以通過電話的U接口去給手機充電。 馬桶智能化很好，不過聲音太大，半夜會吵着別人睡覺，隔壁的水龍頭聲和人聲也能聽得到。 洗手間缺了幾個掛鈎掛衣服毛巾啥的，磨砂玻璃太透明，沒啥私隱😝，多個布簾子就好了。 酒店離地鐵站就幾步之遙，出行特別方便！ 還有特讚的是早餐！

This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

Stayed 2 nights. Strategic location in a quiet & less busy neighbourhood. 3 mins walk from the Nanhu Metro Station. Take exit 1 via the elevator & the hotel is just across the road on your right. Take exit 2 via stairs & escalator and the hotel is on your left upon exiting the metro station. Room is clean, the staff replenish plenty of drinking water and there is free laundry service too. Reception was helpful and we felt comfortable during our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Changsha.

Very warming and welcoming place! Everyone is ready to help even if we had language barrier they did there best to communicate! And there is a lot more here you can even have a hot water pedicure kinda thing in your room for soaking your feet and so much more items which you can have. There is nothing to worry about. And the ambience is just so modern yet close to nature loved it! Love from India 🥰

Good room, got a free upgrade and the room is quite big for the price. Cleanliness can be better. I found hairs on the floor. The thing that is commendable and should be mentioned is the friendly staff, especially the lady at the front desk. She is so responsive and quick to solve problems.
