Want to wash the clothes but the machine is broken. The breakfast is simple , the staff is nice. The room is classic and comfortable.

Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Good location, near to the centre of the town. The room is clean. Simple breakfast is provided.

Enjoyed our short weekend stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They guy suggested places that we could go for a walk, places for cambio/SIM card and restaurant recommendations.

酒店屬於小木屋，熱水很足，暖氣時地暖，需要自己手動調節洗手池旁邊的控制開關，早餐不錯，還提供馬黛茶。最棒的是酒店自己就能報各種旅行線路，非常方便。

Nos queda muy cerca del centro, ademas cuenta con un mercado alado. La recepcionista Andrea es super amigable y profesional, nos dio un montón de consejos de que hacer! Muy recomendable ~

Hotel semplice, con buona colazione, ben posizionato vicino al centro. Il personale dell'hotel è molto attento e fa di tutto per aiutare ad organizzare tour, trasferimenti e altre necessità.

Super caldo, niente aria condizionata e niente tv in camera, letto scomodo, buona colazione per il prezzo, la posizione non è in linea con il prezzo alla fine/inizio della città.

Uno dei motivi principali per scegliere questo hotel è stato il pagamento effettuato in hotel. Nonostante queste condizioni, l'hotel ha addebitato sulla mia carta di credito in dollari USA prima dell'arrivo e non mi ha permesso di pagare in hotel né all'arrivo, né al check-in, né alla partenza. Questo è importante perché con l'Argentina esiste una questione seria riguardante il tasso di cambio tra ARS$ e US$. (arbitraggio valutario) E la paga in dollari è quasi il doppio. Il proprietario dell'hotel non ha fatto nulla per correggere questa situazione Questo non rappresenta un adempimento dei suoi obblighi come concordato.

L'atmosfera era davvero bella, ma la notte era molto scomoda. Il riscaldamento era acceso e non si poteva spegnerlo. La stanza era un forno e molto rumorosa. Il posto mi è piaciuto molto, ma ho dormito malissimo.

Pictures don’t quite make justice to the place. Good size room and so was the bathroom, bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even helped us book some tours to the glaciar park and other activities. Location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops in town. Breakfast was okay and they don’t have a/c (which is not needed if your visit is during the cool temperature months)

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very loud when other guests were walking by and talking, which is the reason for the low review. It was difficult to sleep through the noise.

Overall it was good, the only thing was the twin bed request that hadn't been taken into account but was fixed in the hour. And we had to wait for an extra day for the laundry, hopefully we had some spare clean clothes.

Very nice, helpful staff, clean, great area close to downtown. Laundry service convenient and reasonably priced. As of January 2024 some construction going on during the day.
