The hotel rated as 5 star but I truly feel it is 4 or 4.5 star. The room is spacious and bathroom is clean and big although this is old hotel....however, the facility for leisure needs to improve like gym facility as the equipment a bit outdated and old The laundry room is good enough. The lobby might have to make more grand since it is 5 star hotel

The location of this hotel is quite near to the Wuyi Square and IFS. It is very near metro station. The environment of hotel and hotel services is nice.

Room was modern and newly renovated although the windows and lifts looked dated. Clean and very spacious. Excellent shower and bidet. Breakfast spread had lots of variety and coffee was good.

This is good location hotel that I would recommend. Near the subway station and massage place. Also they provide Butler Service to customers, this is a plus for us to explore the city. Mini is our Butler Service person who provides us a lot of useful information, tips, and also help us solve the problem we had. Look for Mini if you decide to choose this hotel!

no one speaks english, they were not helpful and friendly at all. they did not try to help with my questions. the wall room was so thin that you could hear every movement outside of the room plus the widow was broken and can't be closed. not worst the price. breakfast was also nothing written in english and bo one heöped

在酒店注了兩天非常滿意！！！外賣不用擔心有壞人，一樓小機器人直接就送上來啦。屋內沐浴露洗髮水啥的都很好用，電視機畫面也很流暢，網絡不卡頓。酒店專用樓層還有洗衣機特別方便。A1層的早餐十分美味😋入住的時候前台小姐姐還免費給了這裏旅遊攻略很詳細！最後離店的時候甚至還有可口的泡菜禮盒。總之體驗感很好😁😁😁👍🏻

滿意，房間安排的很舒服很棒～設施設備很齊全[呲牙]衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，專屬管家服務很貼心，每天都有堅持提示天氣情況，地鐵很方便，去景區五一廣場很近，大堂吧還有一個機器人咖啡機，茶吧，便利，下次有機會再來！

出差又選擇了這家酒店~位置太方便了，就在省軍區對面，設施設備齊全的[呲牙]大堂吧還有機器人可以做咖啡[咖啡]喝，有茶吧可以喝喝茶，管家小姐姐還給我幫忙做了免費的升級房型，安排到了無煙樓層~早上還會提醒當日天氣的情況，以後再來依舊會選擇他們家。

很滿意的一家酒店，設施設備齊全有自助洗衣房，健身房，還有早餐廳，早餐出品豐盛，多樣性，好吃，服務管家李婷小姐姐熱情接待，提前致電聯繫，很專業，滿分，有任何問題可以隨時聯繫到她，很耐心的講解，房間還幫忙做了免費升級，安排到了無煙樓層，走的時候還送了伴手禮，幫忙免費寄存了行李，下次有機會還會再來的哦！

來長沙出遊選擇了荔高尊享酒店，真的沒有讓我失望，從環境到酒店的服務真的很棒，房型還幫忙做了免費的升級，而且遇到了jenny管家，給我們還提前準備了份長沙攻略，美食指南，真的非常用心招待，下次我們還住在這裏。
