Excellent hotel at 梅溪湖, peceful, you can bicycle at 梅溪湖, a hotel with good location, just near the subway station and mall with good resturants.

If you visit Changsha to see Zaha Hadid's Meixi Arts Centre then this hotel is in the prime position, with immediate access and wonderful views from the upper floors. There is also a shopping mall below. The reception and dining room staff are professional, helpful and polite. The establishment is clearly seeking to provide the best service possible. The room was spacious, and included a bath! It was a deluxe room in a deluxe hotel.

連住三天，性價比還是值得。首先，前台接待特別温柔耐心，禮賓也主動及時解決提出的需求，再而，房間樓層高，270度景色迷人，不同角度不同“景”，賞心“悦”目，房間寬敞明亮，適合崽崽玩耍，最後地理位置交通便利，地鐵二號線直達，樓下大型購物廣場，還有mini mars，下次還會來。

設施和環境都很棒，視野景觀也很好。房型邊邊角角的三角形房，自己預訂時沒有看清楚。但該有的都有。 衞生：衞生狀況比較糟糕，洗澡的時候一抬頭看見牆壁上有兩根長長的頭髮，淋雨間牆壁上有黑色的黴，用手是可以擦掉的，可見做衞生的人沒有用心。地縫上也有黴斑。作為五星酒店真的不應該。浴缸裏有一衹蜘蛛在爬，嚇得不敢用了。 服務：辦理入住和退房工作人員全程都沒有笑臉，長沙所有的五星酒店就衹有他們是坐着的，對員工很人性化的關照是可以理解的。但是員工冷冰冰的臉真的讓人很不舒服。入住時衹給了房卡，告知了早餐在一樓。卡給我後就不管了，第一次入住往哪邊走，電梯在哪裡都是我自己問的，我還坐錯了電梯，因為有兩套電梯，客人的電梯在最裡麪。中途沒有人過來引導幫忙，衹能自己去找。 退房當天上午，客房工作人員按了門鈴，由於在睡覺沒有聽見，工作人員直接開門進來了，看到有人便問需要洗衣服嗎？一頭霧水。 【清涼一夏】Stickhouse冰淇淋一支:直到退房都沒有人告訴我有這個東西。

前台服務特別好 ，幫忙升級了房間，景色很棒，衞生打掃乾淨， 地理位置也很好，旁邊是文化藝術中心，很漂亮，早上還能去梅溪湖環湖跑步，很舒服這個天氣，吃飯也很方便，酒店隔壁是覽秀城，很多湘菜館，有費大廚，當然，酒店的早餐也是很豐富的，尤其推薦湖南米粉，很地道，推薦入住！

酒店地理位置優越，周邊有地鐵站、商場商業街，出行十分方便，餐飲有很多選擇。景色也很宜人，房間內可俯瞰整個梅溪湖，下樓就是藝術中心和節慶島。管家sunnie貼心負責，有需求微信隨時溝通。整體體驗感很好，下次再來長沙，還會選擇金茂。
