In un hotel di tipo business, prima del check-in, un piccolo maggiordomo ha contattato per informarsi sui requisiti per il check-in. Dopo essere arrivato in hotel, ha anche informato di aver aggiornato la camera gratuitamente. C'era una tazza di Starbucks in omaggio ogni giorno, e anche la colazione era molto ricca e varia! Anche la posizione dell'hotel è buona.C'è una strada di snack dietro l'hotel, che è molto vivace! Ci sono anche cantanti che cantano durante la Giornata Nazionale. 雖然入住有點小插曲，但是前台夏經理態度很好，本來想着訴説一下不愉悦的體驗，但是酒店主動提出下次免費升級豪華房型，還是讓人感覺到滿滿的暖意。前台的小姐姐們態度都非常好，有禮貌。作為客人也不會因為小問題放棄選擇這家有温度的酒店！還是必須認可給五星好評噠！

定了一個家庭套房和一個大床房，整體感覺還不錯，衞生看起來也還可以，就是細節有待加強。前台小姐姐小哥哥態度都挺好的，知道我們有長者和孩子，但是沒辦法在同一樓層，就身在了一個16樓一個15樓。缺點就是房子隔音實在是太差了，隔壁房間上廁所，洗澡，講話的聲音都一清二楚，另外一個缺點就是早餐實在是太差了，吃的事情就是那幾樣。交通還是比較方便，離地鐵站不遠，而且前面還有一個比較大的商場，我們吃飯就在那邊解決。

The hotel itself is very modern and well kept, the rooms are spacious. Staff service is excellent. Location is not so bad either.
There's a lot of options for breakfast but unfortunately, none of them tasted good. While I was there in Apr, they also shut off the air conditioning during the day (they state that they do this in their fine print). I complained and they did turn it on for me for the last day I was there.

AAndreas KarlNo complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

1. La posizione è molto buona
diversi da quelli;
La ricezione era situata al undicisimo piano, e c'era solo un ascensore disponibile, che è molto annoiante, perché abbiamo dovuto portare il nostro bagaglio fino al undicisimo piano, poi è tornato al piano dove dovevamo stare, che è il terzo piano.
Il controllo dell’esperienza non era molto soddisfacente. Siamo arrivati oltre le 3:00 e hanno detto che alcune delle nostre stanze non erano ancora pulite/pronte. (Poi finalmente abbiamo scoperto che non era pronte perché dovevano mostrare a un gruppo casuale che abbiamo incontrato durante il check-in). C'è stato un argomento all'interno della mia famiglia e del mio personale.
Abbiamo finalmente la nostra stanza ＞4.30pm.
La stanza era piccola, fortunatamente era pulita.
Non consiglierei questo hotel se trovi altri hotel disponibili in questa zona.A meno che altri non siano pieni e vuoi solo una piccola stanza per riposare, ma godere di altre cose fuori.

Molti posti da mangiare intorno. Volevo fare lavanderia ma la stanza era abbastanza umida e spaventosa, quindi non sono andata! Altrimenti un buon hotel. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

HHans_TKIn primo luogo, il mio commento è che questo hotel era molto meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo, in realtà era molto buono di tutto quello che ci aspettavamo.
Prima di tutto, per un posto molto vicino alla metropolitana (chaoyangcun), prendere l'uscita 5 o 9.
In secondo luogo, il controllo in corso è stato molto rapido e professionale.
In terzo luogo, il letto e tutte le strutture sono in buona condizione e pulito, anche le cuscinetti sono forniti in 2 tipi, medio duro e morbido.
All'ingresso dell'hotel c'è un posto molto delizioso e economico per mangiare.

CChuaaaaaLocation was perfect which is a stone throw from peiyuanqiao mrt station. Lobby is at level 3 and our room is located at 58 Level. Overall, room is equipped with smart system which we are very satisfied about but the only complaint is the water temperate seemed very unstable. Breakfast was okay but the spread is limited.

CCHOI FONGThe Buffet were lousy. Most of the food were almost finish at 7.30am. By the time you come down at 7.30am no more food. And I ask the person in charge how come you do not replenish. He only mention no more and no replenish. I asked him the buffet were till 0930 am. And we as a customer paid the money for the breakfast buffet. He were very rude just says no more. This is really really no good service and the worst Breakfast Buffet I ever had. Everything is empty. What to eat????? The manager which I put a ring. Very very bad attitude and service.

PPBBThe location was the best thing about this hotel! It’s in the heart of Changsha city right in front of Taiping Street and Pozi Street right behind. Also a 5 minute walk to Huangxing Pedestrian Road and IFS Mall. Because there’s so much around there’s lots to do, see, and eat. However, at night it gets pretty busy and noisy. The noise was too loud in the rooms but noticeable since the hotel is located on the 5th floor of a busy commercial building.
The room was kept tidy and nice however you could tell it was old and in need of some repairs. There was a water leak on the ceiling and the walls were quite dirty. But the bedding and towels were clean and the bathroom.
The hotel itself needs to be kept clean when I walk to my room there was a big pile of towels on the ground! A little shocking to be greeted by that.
It’s a good hotel if you want a good location and cheap place to stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!

PPUI MENGHotel is located next to the Changsha Railway Station which makes train travel to Zhangjiajie West Station very convenient.
I like it that the metro is just outside the hotel too. Line 2 (blue color) will bring you directly to Orange Isle (6 stations away). The same line will also bring you to Wuyi Guangchang, the main pedestrian street lined with restaurants and shops. The noodle soup at breakfast was good.
I would suggest that the hotel provides the standard two pillows instead of one.
I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

DDesmond D.My wife and I have been staying at Changsha Muyi H Hotel for our past three visits to Changsha, and it has consistently been our first choice. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
We were particularly impressed with the front desk staff, Miss Mini Jian. When we first checked in during our most recent stay, my wife was disappointed with the size of the bathroom. Without hesitation, Miss Mini Jian went above and beyond to find us a room with a larger bathroom. Additionally, due to our late-night flight, Miss Mini Jian kindly extended our check-out time to 6 PM without any additional cost. Her exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend Changsha Muyi H Hotel for its comfortable accommodations and excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Miss Mini Jian for her outstanding work and suggest that the management consider giving her a pat on the shoulder for her exceptional service.
